Gavin did a great job explaining the pros and cons of the different options we had. The install crew was fast and efficient. After the install was complete we had some black marks on our stucco from the old asphalt shingled being thrown off the roof. VERTEX was great about sending a crew back to clean the stucco as well as possible. They did not ask for final payment until we were satisfied with the result. Great company that does things the right way.

Chris was great! He fixed a small leak in our roof and then when it recurred several months later, he came back and did more extensive repairs at no additional cost. Had a new roof installed on our house and unattached garage. Great service and great price. Ending result was better than expected and made our 70+ year old house look years younger. Our account manager, Gavin, took great care of us from the quote to the final inspection. I would recommend them to anyone for any roofing or gutter needs!

Breck, Seth, and the install crew were great to work with. Very responsive to questions and gave the most detailed bid out of the three I got. Offered a price match guarantee. The installers were polite and worked a long date to complete the job. Left the job site remarkably clean - I found a handful of nails but given the amount of debris I'm happy with how they left it.

Vertex Roofing and Chris were amazing. I had a small leak in my ceiling right underneath my chimney and it was an issue of flashing not being sealed appropriately. I contacted half a dozen or so other roofing companies and one even said we should redo the roof entirely with a bid of over $20K which I thought was ridiculous for a small leak with a clearly identifiable issue. Chris came out and gave us some tips on how to repair the gap and properly caulk. It turned out to be a very minor issue; saved us a ton of money and Chris super honest. Will definitely go with Vertex for all future roofing issues!

Working with Vertex Roofing was a great experience. Different than many other contractors, they assessed the problem, told us a solution and quoted us, and were on the job almost immediately. Follow up afterwards was also fantastic. I've worked with two other roofing companies lately and Vertex outshines them all. Trustworthy and fast. Wow, I only got an estimate, but Gavin, my sales rep was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything very well and was very well versed about all aspects of roofing. Very impressed with this sales rep & company, I won't hesitate to get back with them and put them at the top of my list when time comes for a new roof. Super experience, kudos!

Gavin was especially helpful and informative in setting up the job. He made the extra effort to ensure all details were handled to my satisfaction. The foreman, Brian, was on site and available to answer all my questions and concerns. Brett checked in on the job when it was completed and fixed an area that was questionable. They actual workers showed up early and worked hard in the cold until there was no daylight. Everyone was polite and courteous. I was always able to contact and talk to someone. I would highly recommend Vertex Roofing, they did a great job.

Vertex Roofing is a great company to deal with. Worked with my insurance to get every dollar needed for the job. They removed 3 layers, installed new shingles, ridge venting in a single day. Roof was complete minutes before multiple rain storms. The clean up was good for the current conditions. The end result is amazing! Thanks to the roofing/gutter crew and my salesman(Seth) for the great work. Would recommend!

Second house I've used Vertex for a new roof. Highly recommend as they're professional, quality oriented and competitively priced. Also, they're reliable, quick and communicated well through the process.

My job was at the end of the November, 2017. Cody came over for an estimate and while Vertex was not the cheapest, Cody promised it would get started within two weeks which every other company was 4-5 weeks out. Cody delivered his promise and the roofers completed the project in three days. I was ecstatic and impressed with the final product. They did a pretty good job of cleaning up and everything looked awesome with the exception of one portion of my siding had been scratched and torn.

I called Cody who came down and looked at it and said, "I can tell it happened by us because there are hand prints all over the area that was scratched." He said he would have it fixed. I jokingly said something to the effect of, "please don't let this be a thing that takes 4 weeks to get done since the job is basically done." I still hadn't paid the remain half but Cody promised he would take care of it which at this point he had an impressive track record.

I regret this piece of the experience and something I have now learned as a homeowner. I paid Cody the final payment when the job wasn't done. A week later, I contacted Cody who said he was working on getting someone over. One month later, I contacted him again with the same response that he thought someone had fixed it and would get someone over to the house.

One more month later, I texted Cody and he apologized and said he would get on it. One more month later, he apologized and Cody came over to take photos. One month and two weeks later, still nothing. Cody apologized again and came over and painted the siding. However, when I got home from work, the paint was so thin that from the ground all you could still see the aluminum rather than white siding.essentially looking the same as before.

I went on the roof and saw the paint layer but also discover that the siding was actually torn and the large scratch of missing paint was due to the tear in the siding. I responded to Cody and sent him some photos, he said he would see if he could get some new siding to replace the two foot section.that was almost 4 weeks ago now. Now we are in April from a job that was in November.looks like this isnt getting fixed and kind leaves a bad feeling with this company.

Outside of this last detail, Vertex was amazing. I had referred them to two neighbors, a coworker, and a family member. Cody is super nice and accessible, which is why this makes no sense to how this last piece has been handled. I think paying for a 8k roof and replacing a two foot piece of flashing is a no brainer in taking care of a customer. Maybe I am wrong and should have demanded it to be done before payment and be "that customer." Welp, cheers to another bad experience with a contractor in the valley.

These guys were the most competitive in price and did an excellent job on the roof. Although there were a few bumps going through the process, which usually occurs in big projects, I was very impressed with how they handled the different issues in the end. The owner personally visited, resolved all concerns and ensured everything was well taken care of. Great customer service! We need more companies like this.

We had Vertex Roofing come out and do a complete re-roof. They were very professional from the initial consultation to the cleanup work. If there were any questions, they were more than willing to answer the question.

Vertex did a great job at the best price. They had to coordinate with our solar company and it was a huge hassel for them (solar company was all over the place schedule wise) and they happily just did what they needed.

We was very pleased with the work. I had two layers of roofing 0n the house and they sipped the roof to bare wood and put a new roof back on, all in one day. The only way I knew they had been here was, one of the workers left his sweatshirt behind.

I have a very large house, the roof of which has lots of peaks and valleys. These guys stripped the roof all the way down to the plywood. They replaced the roof and the gutters. It looks spectacular. They did it quickly, efficiently and cleaned everything up perfectly. This was all done at an extremely fair price. They did everything they said they would do. I highly recommend Vertex Roofing--you can't go wrong with these guys!
