The team was very responsive and courteous. They replaced the windows in my home and not only was it more affordable than nearly all of the other companies that quoted us, the end product is fantastic. The new windows completely transformed the look of our home and are very well installed. We will be using them in the future for other improvements.

I was referred to Doug & his company from a contractor who was helping me on a project. I am a realtor who specializes in helping clients that have homes that need work & look to me for my expertise. I have a lot of other contacts in other service but not windows. I do now, Doug bid a home i'm working on in Highland Lakes that needed replacement windows & he gave me multiple options to select from but suggested ones based on what I was looking for.

Something that would complement the home, help in its resale value &over all design look inside & out. With in 2 days of coming to estimate the work we had a full estimate with a delivery timeline & we signed a contract. We were told 8 weeks for fabrication, delivery & scheduled install. We not only got our windows earlier then that as soon as there arrived we had a scheduled install in under a week.

During install his team worked around my flooring, painting & construction crew & did a job that was MUCH better than expected. My entire experience with Columbus Windows & Siding was outstanding and I'm beyond pleased with my new exterior! I hired them to replace my vinyl siding (Kaycan Cabot Blue) and install a new front door. The installation team was awesome; and came in 3-4 weeks ahead schedule, which gives me plenty of time to enjoy the exterior before winter arrives. Doug and team are professional, reasonably priced, communicate well, and do quality work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services to anyone looking for siding or door work.

This company met and exceeded my expectations with regard to replacing all the windows and vinyl siding on my older home in Morrow County. I was a very nervous and skeptical client from the beginning and I made that very clear to Doug from our first conversation. All my life I either had a new house built or moved into a newly remodeled older home.

This was the first time I had to hire a company to replace windows AND siding all at the same time and I was nervous. Doug and his team did everything they said they would do, when they said they would do it, and for the price they quoted. The only "delays" we had were the time it took to manufacture the windows and get the siding from the manufacturer, and a couple of unforeseen manpower issues.

In the Spring we decided we wanted to have both new Windows and Siding installed on our home that was originally built in the late 70's. After several very frustrating visits and missed appointments from other vendors, most of which only did windows or only did siding, we then reached out to Columbus Windows and Siding. Doug showed up at the agreed upon time and was very professional and down to earth.

There were no "HARD SELL" tactics, just simple discussions about what we wanted, and how they could help. Doug provided a timely quote that was more reasonable then any of the other quotes we received and we decided this was the company we wanted to work with. Doug was very patient with us as we worked thru doing a refinance during a pandemic and moved quickly as soon as we closed on our loan.

The crews that showed up to do the work were "Superstars" and were very professional and easy to work with. They were very considerate of our home and took every precaution to protect it. In one week they replaced 15 windows, re-sheeted a significant portion of our home and installed the siding, soffit and trim. They knew what they were doing and did EXCELLENT work.

The management team either called or showed up daily to make sure everything was going well. At the end of the week, we only had a couple of small issues and they were out in two days to resolve them. If you are looking for a quality company that does GREAT work and doesn't treat you like "just another sale", then Columbus Windows and Siding is who you need to call.

Doug did an excellent job on our windows! He was congenial and informative and never tried to talk us into anything more than was necessary. They did a great job and got everything done quickly and left the house cleaner than before!

The replacing of original windows at my townhouse in the Polaris area went quicker and smoother as I would have ever expected! Not only did they replace the old windows and remove any and all debris, the new windows went in just as quick! Their quality of craftsmanship makes them look as if they had been in place for years already!
