Elite did a great job on my hail claim. I was very pleased with their communication, Kevin's customer service and the way they worked with my insurance company. Elite and Rick made replacing our roof painless and straightforward. They were very responsive to my questions and took care of all the insurance details. The quality was excellent, and Rick came personally to inspect the work - he even made sure every last nail was picked up from my yard. We used Elite for a last minute roof installation while we were under contract to sell our house. Chad came out right away to do the inspection & quote, worked with our listing agent to get everything set up smoothly, and everything went really well on the install date-also cleaned out the gutters. They even ran ahead of schedule and got our roof done as scheduled after a rainy week.

Everybody was professional, kept the property clean, and great communication. If we weren't moving out of state, we would definitely continue to use for our future home needs!

I'll start with the good part: they got the job done in a reasonable amount of time -- roughly 8 hours time. The bad: - Kevin was late for the initial meeting by 30 min. I was willing to ignore this because he presented himself as a nice guy. Unfortunately being nice only goes so far. - Kevin never communicated when supplies would be delivered.

I got back to my house and my driveway was filled, preventing me from being able to get in and out of my garage. - The workers did not nail down all of the shingles correctly and did not replace the gutter guards as they should. I had to put in a call to get this corrected. They told me they were headed over, then never showed up until the next day at 9am. - The workers left a large amount of trash and extra supplies on the side of our driveway.

I told Kevin and he said he would get it taken care of. He never followed through until I sent him a text 6 days later requesting, once again, to remove the garbage and supplies. I could have thrown everything away myself but I wanted to ensure I was not being charged for the unused supplies. - They left large amounts of nails in our driveway after the work was completed.

I noticed them thankfully before it became an issue of puncturing our car tires. - Kevin provided little to no communication after the work was finished about the city inspection and did not get it scheduled for over 2 weeks after the work was done, forcing us to leave a crappy taped document to our house. Overall, it was incredibly annoying and frustrating to hold Kevin and his team's hand through this process.

Their work was pretty sloppy and felt rushed based on the lack of cleanup and communication. I'm not sure if he is just lazy or he has too many projects on his plate but I can definitely say I will be going with a different company for any future roofing needs.

Cody Stammers is exceptional. I'm a realtor and he has consistently helped me and my clients evaluate the roof situation. He is honest and will tell you when a roof replacement is not needed. When they have done work, it is of the highest quality and done in a timely fashion.

My experience with this company is not a good one. Ignoring our No Soliciting signs in two places on our property they still came onto our front porch to leave their trash on our door. I refuse to do business with a contractor that disrespects the homeowner like this. I am posting my experience with them so that others can know what to expect.

We've had three roofs replaced with Elite and the work has been done on time and as expected each time. We love working with Demetrie; he makes the process very easy. Thanks Elite.

Just had our roof replaced with Elite. Roof was done back in the first part of Sept 2018. We just finished with them last week - Dec 21st 2018. The crew they sent out did not do a good job and damaged siding. They also sent a crew for gutters, they damaged our facia. Both the roof and gutters had items that had to be corrected as well as the damage they did to the house.

We had to continually reach out to them to see where we were at, no one was good about communicating. It has taken 3 months to get repairs done for damage they did as well as to get items fixed that were not done correctly. In their defense, they have done the repairs. Not good quality of work on some but they are done. We did reach out to the owner of the company never spoke to him. I would not use Elite again or recommend them due to amount of time they took, damage they did and due to the caliber of contractors they use. Not a good experience at all!

Walter and Elite roofing did a great job installing my new roof from the hail. I met Walter cause he was a customer of mine at Lampert Hitch, we hit it off immediately we started talking about random things as he was waiting for his truck. and it came up that he worked at Elite Roofing, which was perfect because I was coming up on a year and I had to get it done.

I had a few different roofers look at my roof and I just wasn't impressed. I scheduled the roof to be done and the day they did the roof their installers were great and when they finished the roof they cleaned up and everything was spotless. I had a couple issues when the gutters were put on and I talked to Walter about it and he handled it right away.

I reached out to Elite Roofing for a roof quote for 4 units in a town home. First and foremost, they did not want to work with us without seeing our insurance estimates. We did not show them anything at this point, we were only interested in a quote. After a month into the process of getting a quote, I decided to go with another contractor as did my neighbors.

My experience was not what I expected from a company like this. I think the slide/power point presentation you are made to sit through is VERY awkward and pointless. They are hard line sales people, so be ready. (My neighbors confirmed this as well.) The time to get a quote was around 3 - 4 weeks and required 4 different meetings. My original sales rep did not seem knowledgeable and then the second guy he brought on was too busy trying to fly his drone and show me his power point, the customer service went out the window. Ultimately, myself and my 3 neighbors all decided to pass on their high priced quote.

I am very satisfied with Elite Roofing. They fixed the leak around the flashing and put a couple of vents in the garage. They did an initial repair to keep the water out and then came out a week later when the weather was better and finished up the repair.

This is my 2nd roof in 2 years. By far, there is no comparison. Elite Roofing was more professional, more helpful and the best price. They were very attentive to cleanup. The last roofing company, I had 3 flat tires. Elite Roofing's representative, Benjamin was a pleasure to deal with and definitely honored all my requests. He informed me of all the scheduling in a timely manner.

In addition, I had no hassles with my insurance company. Benjamin was there for me to be with the insurance adjuster. He did regular inspections and followed up on all details. I would recommend this company to anyone, and have!

I spent a good period of time with elite roofing, since I was dealing with hail damage on three rental properties. Always very professional and courteous.

Elite Roofing replaced my roof after the hail storm last year. I got 3 different quotes and theirs was very competitive. I choose to go with them because of the great customer service I received while working with Rick. He took care of working with my insurance company and keeping them updated on issues that came up requiring additional payment. I never had to follow up with the insurance company, they sent me a check for the full amount less my deductible when the work was done.

The roof looks great! As did my yard and the flower beds, etc. They cleaned up well and got the job done in the timeframe they quoted. I've already recommended them to friends! Julie

A few cement tiles slid off of my roof because of a hail storm, so our project was only a minor tile roof repair. The roofing contractor came out and did the job quickly and left the area clean. No real positives or negatives stood out. They took care of the job and I am satisfied with the work.

The roof of my two-story house had one-year-old shingles that were damaged during a hailstorm. The roofers removed all the shingles and replaced them with new 15-year shingles. They also replaced six vents. Elite Roofing is a very professional company. I had some roofing work done two years ago, so I have something to compare them to. I would say they are the best.

This letter is long overdue. In the spring of 2011, Elite Roofing replaced the roof on both our house and detached garage. I can not say enough good things about the expertize and professionalism of Elite from the salesman to the installers. Just recently I discovered that the ceiling drywall was moist and the paint would peel off.

I had 15 sq ft roof that needed to be replaced because of wind damage. Elite Roofing put on regular asphalt shingles and also worked on the sheathing, replacing some of the wood there. Those guys are very responsive, professional and helpful. They did the job in a very timely manner and cleaned up after. They're awesome.

Elite did an exceptional job in examining my roof, helping me with my insurance company, and replacing the entire roof. A lot of companies come by and simply say, check with your insurance company, see if they'll do it. Elite's representative sat with me as I made my claim, and helped me advise the insurance company exactly what was going on. Class act, all the way.

I called Elite twice trying to get someone to come give me an estimate. Both times I was told that someone would call me within 24 hours to schedule a time. I never received a call. After I didn't the first time and I called back I was told by the same person that she didn't even have me I her system, so I thought it was just a mistake and tried them again, but I cannot excuse this twice.

If you are too busy, please tell your customers you are or that it will be later that they will call you. That was three weeks ago and still no call. Just shows reliability to me and I don't trust someone on my roof who is unreliable.

In mid-August 2013, we had Elite seal our epdm roof membrane to a newly-installed curb at the roof hatch. We are extremely happy with the work. We'll be replacing the whole 600 sq ft of roofing within the next five years and will definitely consider having Elite do the work. I had three firms out to bid the project and chose Elite based on their rep Bryan's conscientious approach to the project; he promised top-notch service and he (and his installer) definitely delivered.

Great Company! Elite Roofing was the greatest! We had a very complicated situation. We had hail damage that on our roof in Fort Collins and needed to get it repaired fast before we closed on our home that we sold. To make it a bit complicated, we did a short sale and Elite Roofing worked through all the red tape with the mortgage company, insurance company, city inspectors and worked with our real estate agents.
