My roofing shingles look great now the cosmetics is shotty, biggest gripe I have is that they meaning the supervisors aren't on the job with their people to avoid issues. I had to have them on my roof fixing items 3 times it should've only taken 1 time to correct the issues had a supervisor been present the first time but that never changed they showed up with the fix up crew 0 times. Drip edge installed terrible, 2 holes in roof found by ac man that showed tar paper and shingles, nailed into my main waterline in my house to be told they weren't responsible and i had to cover cost and attic fan not changed and was spray painted and charged for new when it wasn't changed many things could be written of what was wrong but I'll stop.

The company overall has a lot of internal issues with communicating with the home owners don't just call months later hound me for your last bit of money to then not respond when the customer has issues thats needing to be fixed. Wish I have gotten the quality and or communication these nice folks with the good comments have given!

Desmond, the project manager with Eco Roof and Solar, did a phenomenal job in making sure my roof was done right. He helped me understand the insurance claims process from the beginning and met with my adjuster on site without any guarantee of getting the contract to do my roof. He answered every question I had and was very responsive. He paid multiple site visits before, during and after the roof replacement to check on progress or address my concerns.

The crew on site was timely and efficient. The job done looks excellent, especially compared to some others I have seen in the neighborhood after the storm. By dealing with my insurance company directly they took a lot off my plate. The only complaint I would have is the number of nails in the yard after the replacement, but a $15 magnet from the hardware store solved that problem easily. Overall, I am extremely satisfied and recommend them 100%.

Mason was very knowledgeable about the roofing. He sat down with me and explained everything to me and what was needed of me and insurance. This was my first roof replacement on a home due to a storm and he was very patient and explained every little thing to me and made me feel at ease. The company itself was very prompt on getting the materials and setting up a date to have the roof done.

The new roof looks great and they all made the process very easy and assuring during the difficult time of being displaced and storm recovery. I would definitely use this company again.

After Hurricane IDA I had plenty of roof damage on the back side of my house with minor damage on the front side. ECO Roofing and Solar worked with my insurance company and was able to have my full roof replaced. The Quality of Shingles they used, the speed of the replacement along with the quality of workmanship was a blessing during a very critical time.

I was told up front that I would only have to pay for my insurance deductible and that was a true statement. Never did ECO even attempt to ask me to pay for anything that insurance did not agree to cover. ECO roofing exceeded my expectations. I have recommended them to others in need and I would continue to recommend you give them a call if you are in the need of a roof replacement. I am a very satisfied customer. I cannot say enough amazing things about ECO Roof and Solar! We used Mason as our project manager to do my parents roof and while they have become a bit needy and difficult in their older age, he still answered all their calls and questions effectively and efficiently and never ran out of patience with us! I highly recommend Mason and his company to anyone needing a roof and wanting it done the right way quick!

We're extremely pleased with our roof, eaves & gutter replacement by ECO Roof & Solar after Hurricane Ida. Our project manager, Desmonde Johnson was great. He put us at ease and made the whole experience a lot less stressful. He was also in constant communication with us about the start date of repairs & what to expect during the process. I worked with ECO Roof and Solar and Derek. Derek was awesome to work with, was always available and reached out often. His team helped coordinate a new roof build and subcontracted drywall work from hail damage. I had switched insurance companies and they were able to get everything done with the old insurance company who proved to be difficult. Eco Solar did an excellent job installing a new roof on our Boulder Mountain home. They were fast, clean and did fantastic work. The followup was also extensive. They stand by their work.

We needed our roof replaced after our house was on the market and we had already moved out of state. Kayleen Kesterson was AMAZING! Not only did she deal with absolutely everything insurance related (all of the work was covered!), she hounded our incredibly unresponsive, total headache of a solar company to get them to take our panels off so that the roof could be replaced.

I never could have gotten everything dealt with in time to get our house sold without her help. From start to finish, she was easy to work with and incredibly responsive. This group was incredible. We worked with Jessica, who did a fantastic and thorough job inspecting our roof for hail damage. Not only did they get us a great deal on our new roof, but it was done quickly and looks amazing! We even got the upgraded shingles, which protect our house better, will last longer, and gave us a discount through our insurance company. I would work with this group again in a heartbeat and my wife and I highly recommend them.

Jessica Judd and Marin Bramblett with Eco Roof and Solar were amazing! They were quick to respond and very helpful every step of the way and keeping me informed throughout the entire process. When we had hail damage on two properties they were very thorough in making sure that both were well taken care of. Highly recommend them and their team!

Ok. So after my last review, I got a phone call. Long story short, they sent out an -excellent- person who fixed all the problems over the last year. So, kudos to him and his team, and many thanks. To be honest, I would still be wary of working with this company again because it took 4 inspections to get the job done, and because I was offered numerous excuses along the way.

If these competent workers are able to come and do great work, why were they only sent after copious complaints to the company and a horrible review? It seems my complaints weren't taken seriously until I posted to Yelp, Google, and Facebook.

We own and manage numerous commercial buildings. Jamie and Houston came in and took over working with our insurance carriers to get the best possible outcome for our roofing issues. Eco has completed the first job and it looks incredible. We chose a somewhat unusual shingle and the wait was a bit, but that was only because of our choice. The crew they sent out was professional and didn't cause any disruption to our tenants.

We are very pleased with the ongoing work that Eco is doing for us. They have been diligent and responsive. They've not gone easy on our insurance carriers who continually fight installing roofs to Denver's codes. Our office girl, Jessica, has been keeping us up to date on info and is really nice to work with. Extremely happy with their work and would recommend.

We had an awful experience with Eco Roof & Solar. We had our initial meeting in April and were told our work could be done within a few weeks. We had construction set for May 15th, but no one showed up. We heard no communication from our account manager and had to follow up with her to see about the hold up. We had a few more failed start dates before work began mid-June.

When Eco was attempting to match our gutter color, they sent photos taken at our neighbors home. Once the work was completed, we received a bill for more than double our expectation. It took two months of back and forth working to identify the source of the discrepancy before we were finally able to speak with someone in the billing department who found the issue. We can't wait to pay them (the accurate amount) and cut ties.

Eco came to me as a referral, and they were able to help me get a roof done quickly, efficiently, and professionally. I was in a huge pinch, and they hit their deadlines, timelines and budget all as stated and agreed upon from the start. Would definitely recommend, would definitely use again. 6 stars. My point of contact, Cameron, was amazing throughout the entire process.

The commercial side of Eco is second to none. First, the software they use to complete a full roof analysis is amazing. It really puts other companies to shame. It's a report that walks you through everything; from the storm info that hit your building to the images they take showing the damages. Second, the way they do business. It's a little unique and don't be put off by the "no bid" model. It's really meant to work with the customer better and keep your repeat business.

They don't want to be a one and done business and I appreciate that. Lastly, they pride themselves in maintaining quality industry standards and certifications which put me at ease. I would ask for Jimmy. He's thorough and walks you through everything.

I had a great experience with Eco roof and solar. I was recommended to them by a friend. I set up a free consultation with Brandon to come and take a look at our roof as it was pretty old and starting to show signs of age and damage. From my first conversation with Brandon I felt that he truly cared about doing what he could to make sure we had a proper roof to protect our home.

After walking our roof he found hail and wind damage and I was able to file a claim with our insurance company. While the insurance company dug their heels in and tried to give us an inferrior roof, Amanda fought for us to get the best roof possible. Brandon managed our expectations throughout the process and was there to monitor the installation. We are very pleased with our roof and it wouldn't have been possible without Eco Roof and Solar. thanks guys!

Eco roof and solar did a terrible job. I even wrote a letter and sent it with a signature confirmation request to the owner to let them know I was trying to get ahold of them about how upset I was with their service. It was completely ignored. Ever since we got our new roof we have a huge leak in our den every downpour. They killed a portion of our landscaping, had issues with trying to get employees here to do the job, and ignored all my complaints. I have seen them advertising and want to make sure people know of their quality.

Unprofessional, untrustworthy, and the work is still incomplete. We hired Eco Roof and Solar in July 2017 to repair our roof. In January 2018, the roof is still not done. Parts of the roof were re-done with extremely shoddy workmanship. We have consulted other contractors who have told us that the entire roof put up by Eco will need to be re-done. Eco also promised new decking, which was never added. Flashing is missing or incomplete in many spots. Further inspection of the roof shows areas completely uncovered, broken boards, missing gutters, and the list goes on. Additonally, Eco never completed the damaged siding beause their quote was much higher than originally promised.

After our extreme disappointment with the person who was handing our project, Eco directed us to another manager to help finish the job. Upon trying to reach him, he will be in Florida for the next month. If you want piss-poor workmanship, no communication, high prices, and overall terrible experience, hire Eco Roof and Solar for your next project. Hopefully, no other members out there make the same mistake we did. If you want a roof over your head, hire someone else.

A company that hardly cares about its community or employees. Time and again they have decided to make profits more important than building lasting relationships. They have a high turnover because there is zero leadership and its unfortunate because there are some really good people there.

Our experience was a pretty smooth. The project manager Mark was quick to return calls and answer questions. He showed up when he said he would and followed up with during the process.

Storm chasers that went door to door after last summer's two big hail storms in Denver, over extended themselves and had to hire ad hoc/pro bono crews to finish work they were contracted for. One of these crews worked on my house. While my roof replacement was done well as far as I can tell, their crews damaged my house and property, left nails and roofing material everywhere and I actually had to go to urgent care when a nail went through my sandal into my foot.

All said and done, it took them 2.5 months to complete the job and financially compensate me for damages. They couldn't PAY ME to work on my house again or recommend them to anyone.

I used Eco Roof and Solar in Denver. Their name was given to me as a referral by a friend. We had major hail storms last summer, and I was pissed at all the companies canvasing door to door, so I waited almost a year to get the repair work done. Mark did all the negotiating with my insurance company and helped get money for items that I wouldn't have even thought of.

The process was a bit complicated for me because my adjuster handed me an initial check and then went back to Texas, leaving me hanging. Mark was extremely patient with me trying to understand all the costs and moving pieces. I would 100% recommend this company. They do good work and really help you through the whole claims process.

I have a property in Dallas Texas that was affected by the recent storms. Shawn Standifer with ECO Roof and Solar Comercial division reviewed my policy and handled all negotiations with the insurance adjuster on site. He really went above and beyond! He knew so much and all the right questions to ask, obviously very experienced and helped us to know what we were covered for in advance and was able to handle everything smoothly for us.

What could have been a nightmare experience turned out to be a blessing with Shawn's help. Trust is very important to me and I felt like he treated us like he would his own family. I would definitely recommend him and ECO Roof to anyone with a commercial or multi family housing property that has roofing needs (his specialty)!

We had our roof replaced due to hail damage and we had an excellent experience from start to finish. All work details were clearly told to us up front. Upgrades were mentioned but there was no pressure to go with more durable materials.

These guys are great. We had a hickup when starting the project, but they totally made good on it and then some. The crew is very respectful and clean. I found 1 nail after redoing a full roof. Straight shooters who will always help with navigating insurance issues - highly recommend.

Excellent, honest service from beginning to end. Josh Miller is the best to work with; knows the business, insurance companies and most importantly, is responsive. I would suggest the office make it a pracyice to follow up all work with information on when to expect final city inspections.

Eco Roof replaced our roof in the fall after a hail storm. The crew removed 3 layers of old roofing, put in a ridge line vent system and installed new shingles. They did a great job and were very clean - no remnants left behind.

Mark Brown with Eco Roof and Solar provided exceptional service when I needed a new roof due to hail damage. He facilitated the entire process from providing an accurate and reasonable estimate, being on site the entire time the crew was installing the roof (only one day!) and helping me process my claim through my insurance company.

I used Eco twice within 2 years and the first time they were amazing. The second time around is a complete failure on their part. I even recommended them to a neighbor and they failed her as well. They are attempting to charge for work not done and they never give an itemized bill when asked. I believe that when a major storm hit, they clamored to get as much business as they could but now they don't know if they're coming or going on the billing side. I hate to give bad reviews but this company is not worth the trouble.

We called Eco Roof and Solar and SHAWN STANDIFER came out to our home to take a look at our roof after our insurance company determined the hail in June had ruined the shingles. From the first meeting to the end of the project Shawn went over and above expectations to make sure that we understood the process. He dealt with the insurance company and clearly understood what was needed in the replacement of a roof on a 110 year old home. Shawn was so patient when I couldn't decide what color roof I wanted and brought many samples and gave addresses of roofs in those colors for me to see.

The crew that actually did the roof were fast, careful, and cleaned up after themselves. They even sent a man out the day after completion to make sure all was well. Shawn was here several times each day the install was happening, up on the roof taking pictures to show us so we'd understand what was being done. I would recommend Eco Roof and Solar and especially Shawn Standifer to anyone that wants a first class experience with a company that truly takes pride in its work.
