123 Remodeling

I've used 123 Remodeling services for my kitchen remodel. They helped me with the design and selection of cabinets, countertops, appliances, and all other materials for me while staying within budget. Their construction crew worked professionally and completed the job within one month. The project manager Brenna visited the site weekly to check the progress and quality.

I think it's important to mention that the project was started and finished during the pandemic, and their crew was wearing masks and cleaned space daily, so it's a big plus.

We used 123 remodeling for our first ever home project and they made it an amazing experience! Brenna and Adan were always friendly and communicative. We worked with 123 Remodeling and Brenna to redo our main bathroom (thought it is small.) We had some unique work arounds needed due to the limitations of the space, and Brenna and her team helped us design a beautiful space that we love! The materials used are high quality and the workmanship is excellent. Good communication and most things went as planned. Highly recommeng. This was our first experience getting any major home repairs done and it was a wonderful one!

We recently remodeled our kitchen and bathroom with 123 Remodeling; it has been a complete transformation and we are SO happy with the results. We decided earlier this year that we needed to do this work on our home. After extensive research and interviews / quotes from many other companies, we decided on 123 and we are SO glad we did! Cara was our Project Manager and helped with design as well.

She was AMAZING. We met in-person back in May and we just clicked. She was so easy to work with. She was extremely communicative, professional, and completely understood my vision. She helped us balance the needs of our family and our budget. Deciding on cabinets was probably the biggest decision and Cara was helpful and supportive the whole way through!

Though the cabinets (Boxi) were more of a challenge than we had anticipated, Cara and the 123 team were fantastic. Everything came out beautifully! The 123 crew went above and beyond in both the kitchen and the bathroom; their craftsmanship and attention to detail was stellar. We came in both on time and on budget. For us, the both the bathroom and kitchen took about 6 weeks.

I highly recommend 123 Remodeling - they were fantastic to work with, professional with great craftsmanship. Our spaces look like a million dollars and were within our budget. I almost want to redo more of our space just so we can work with Cara, Raul, and the rest of the team again!

We had a fantastic experience working with 123 Remodeling to renovate our large master bathroom! Tal was extremely responsive and helpful as our primary designer, and helped us think through all of the options available. The work included ripping out nearly everything in the master bathroom, tiling the whole floor, all of the shower walls, installing new water fixtures, a new vanity countertop, a new toilet, and painting the whole room.

We were very impressed with the pace and quality of the work, and they were happy to quickly correct any little things we noticed along the way. We are thrilled with how our bathroom turned out, it is night and day compared to how it was before. They also installed a tiled kitchen backsplash - this makes our whole kitchen look so much nicer and we are very happy with the quality of the work around our cabinets, windows, and appliances. We would certainly use 123 Remodeling for future home projects. Thanks again to Tal and everyone else for their efforts!

We worked with Tal on our remodel and were so happy with the work her and the team did. We had a big project - full kitchen remodel, replaced floors, complete master bathroom rehab. Everything was completed in just 6 weeks and Tal made the entire process so easy for us. She coordinated all the deliveries, coordinated with our HOA, and was very good at working within our budget.

The great thing about 123 remodeling is that they give you a great rate on the labor and shop with you to pick out the materials. They have great discounts, so are really cost competitive, while maintaining impeccable quality. If you work with 123 Remodeling, make sure to ask for Tal - you won't be disappointed!

123 wasn't the cheapest, but still in the middle of all the estimates we received. But our project manager really sold the company to us, and we definitely got our moneys worth! These guys were excellent. A++ I had an unfinished basement and 0 time to finish it. So I got a consultation, it was a good fit, and they took it from there. I received frequent email and text updates with options for paint and materials, and all I had to do was reply back with what I wanted. The whole thing was done within a month, and I was able to spend that time focusing on my own work instead of worrying and micromanaging. Every time I go down to do my laundry, it confirms that I picked a great company.

Exceptional service, extremely friendly (even chatted away to our cats!), quick, very clean, honest and a genuinely nice guy! We have found it difficult to trust tradespeople before, worrying they are going to rip us off but 123 remodeling was in a different league felt like you had one of your family over to give you a hand. We will be using 123 remodeling for lots of bits and pieces.

These guys are miracle workers! As a first time home-buyer, I was afraid that I bit off more than I could chew in terms of remodeling. Luckily, Ariel and his team came to my quick rescue.
