This is the 2nd time I've used Stewart Plumbing and they did not disappoint. Trip and Paul did a wonderful job replacing an old water heater in my attic during a heat wave. They were very professional and conscientious. Will use this company again! Service: Water heater installation

This was my first time using this company, and I decided on them because of their google rating. AND I WASN'T DISAPPOINTED! Awesome customer service! Tripp was my technician, and he was great! He came and tried less costly measures first, but this didn't work. He diagnosed the issue and delivered the news that I didn't want to hear ($$$) but know I needed. He took ownership of the issue and stayed until it was fixed. They will definitely be my go-to for all/any plumbing needs!

I don't usually complain but I felt I should. I called to asked about getting service/repair for my septic system. I explained the problem and the person I spoke with even asked someone else about the work before they sent someone out to look at the issue. I understood there would be a charge if I didn't follow through. No problem, I understand how business works. But, when the person arrived and he called back to the company, they are even licensed to do septic work.

No problem. But then ask me to pay $95, that's a problem. Not happy at all. I am editing my review because I think it's important. After posting the above I was contacted by a CSR. We talked about what had transpired and each of us felt like there was miscommunication involved. The charge will be reversed. The importance of this edit is to discuss how too many times nothing gets done when things go bad.

In this case it was important enough for them to make an uncomfortable call to see why, and what could be done. Mistakes get made all the time. It's when steps are taken to correct or solve the issues that the quality of a business is shown. Well done.

Shane was very professional. He worked hard to find & repair our leaks. The actual bill ended up being less than his original estimate because what we originally thought was a leak under the slab turned out to be a less expensive answer to our problem. I appreciated his honesty, because I wouldn't have known the difference & had agreed to pay based on the original diagnosis. I will definitely use them again.

I have been having issues with my toilet. I called Stewart Plumbing this morning and they were able to send someone out this afternoon. Colton was very helpful in helping me solve my issue. His manager also did some research on a product that would help. Great experience. I will not hesitate to use this service again!

The first time Stewart Plumbing came, I agreed to pay 360 for a diagnostic fee which turned out to be a 5 minute conversation with a Navien rep. My trust went out the window at that point. The owner reduced my bill and I felt somewhat better. Two weeks later I had to call them back out because the tank was leaking again. Different problem but was quoted $750.

I declined. The math simply did not add up. Another company fixed my problem for $420. I expect to pay more now since prices are going up on everything but I know when the cost is inflated beyond reason. The agents are professional, courteous, and knowledgeable but there is no reason to overcharge by such a ridiculous amount.

Cole installed a utility sink in our laundry room that had cracked and was leaking. As always, very professional, neat, and they stand by their work. We have had Stewart here many times as part of home ownership. Just look at anything they do, and one realizes this was done by a professional who is experienced and well trained. About a year ago they did a tankless water heater.super professional and installed to last. I do not call any other plumbers and have never been disappointed by anyone from Stewart.

Justin did a wonderful job installing our dishwasher. In addition to his competence and professionalism, his was a pleasure to interact with and answered several of my questions throughout the job. Beyond the price being higher than competitors, I was very pleased with my Stewart Plumbing experience.

I called Stewart's plumbing for my water heater and they were able to send someone out the next day! The technician, Colton was extremely professional, courteous, and explained everything to me, including my repair options. He even called to see if my parts were still under warranty and was able to get my parts sent no charge. The service was done within less than 2 hours and my hot water works perfectly! I would definitely recommend Stewart's to anyone!

David C helped us very much! With it being thanksgiving week we weren’t sure we would be able to have a plumber come out. David came within hours of us coming and fixed our issue within an hour! He was very personable, professional, and he took the time to sit down and explain all of our options to me. Because of him, we decided to open a VIP account with this company!

John was great at inspecting all the plumbing in the house including the water heater. He was very professional and we enjoyed talking with him as he worked. My 10 lb, watchdog tried to run him off but did not accomplish anything. The price was a little expensive but I am sure all the plumbing companies in this area are all in the ballpark as far as charges go.

I used Stewart for installation of a new tankless water heater. I obtained multiple quotes and while their quote was not the least expensive they were the highest rated company. The technician that evaluated my needs and wrote the quote was very professional, knowledgeable, and took his time to explain the differences to me.

I called Stewart Plumbing, talked to Travis and the next morning Jeff showed up, reassured me it could be taken care of that day and got to work. Several hours later it was done. Jeff did a great job and is now my new plumber of choice

I can't say enough nice things about Stewart Plumbing! They were very professional and always called in advance to let me know they were on the way which ia nice when you have to work! I had a gas leak in my house which required a major overhaul of my whole system and the same technician handled it from start to finish. It took a little longer than I wanted (12 days) but that was Code Enforcements fault, not Stewart Plumbing. Jeff was an outstanding technician and Veronica could not have been any nicer. I've already recommended them to two people. If you're looking for a plumber call them!

Because there was no easy access to the bathtub plumbing, the job turned out to be more complicated than expected. Floyd Y. called and asked for some additional assistance. Mike came and helped him; then Ricky came later.
