Blake B at CK Mechanical is Top Notch! He was on time, friendly and he listened to my concerns. I didn't feel like what I was talking about was in one ear and out the other. Blake came up with solutions for me to solve my problems and knocked it out no problem while communicating with me along the way. Once done, he gave me a status report and walked me through his final work before leaving.

When hot water heater rusted out midday on a Friday, CK Mechanical was able to dispatch Blake within the hour. Three other plumbers said next week. May be simple, but homeowner headache! The woman I talked to was professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. Blake was the best. Again, very professional and friendly. Explained the work, had suggestions for a couple of future projects I asked about.

Our new, old house means lots of fun surprises like leaking hook ups for the washing machine and a water return pipe that couldn't keep up with our new washing machine. CK was able to get a technician out the next morning who was professional, efficient, and explained the problems very clearly. When he didn't have the right parts to do the job immediately he made sure to find a temporary solution to hook up the washer which meant everything to this mom of four who does a lot of laundry.

He came back the next week and did an awesome job and even found a couple solutions to make things nice and come in under the estimated price! We had such a good experience that we signed up for the family plan to save us money on future old house problems.

I've had CK do a few things at a rental property with massive plumbing needs. The work is top-notch. The techs are all good people who really work well with you for the right solution (so far). They aren't afraid to do the heavy work and leave the cosmetics to you--and give great tips about how to manage that part too. I look forward to working with them again in my own home when the need arises. Their work is priced well for the quality.

Called to have a garbage disposal replaced. They wouldn't give me pricing over the phone, said the tech would have that when he showed up. When he did show up, he wanted $425 dollars to do the job, which was ludicrous. I told him disposal's at Home Depot are $100 bucks, he says oh no, they start at $140. I refused service, and he charged me $67 bucks for showing up.

This must be the new scam, call for pricing, they don't give it to you, send out a tech, overcharge you, then when you refuse service, we charge for showing up. My job in Casper had me involved with thousand's of people everyday, I would never in a million years recommend these scam artists to anyone, and believe me when you live here your whole life, people ask me who to recommend, this outfit is not one. What a disgrace to this community.

Just wanted to give a huge shout out to James and Craig. They made our hot water heater disaster was taken care of and I have a brand new water heater within a day of discovering standing water in my closet. James was nice, professional and made sure we received great customer service, all for the price he quoted. Highly recommend.

From the initial phone call to the final job I was treated fair and kind. James, the first tech, was very knowledgeable and worked diligently to complete the task correctly. When he needed help with a larger job he didn't hesitate to call John, who came immediately. CK should be very proud of the service they give and the ability of their staff.

This company is such a great company to work for. They care about their workers and try to be very fair when they do service for their many customers. I know this because I have 2 family members that work for this company.

Lowest bids are not always a great idea. I was charged exactly what my estimate stated and I'm happy that they do not charge an hourly rate, rather a per job rate. Things were very cut and dry and up front.

I also got their friends and family plan that gave me 25% off up front (though this only brought the price down to what others were quoting. I feel like this was more of a marketing move to give me services later on. I respect the business savvy of the move, but feel it's a bit shifty - hence the one star off). Pros: Fast and friendly. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and took great care to treat me like a human and my house like their own.

The technician who installed it (Sean) seemed knowledgeable and welcomed my questions. I like that the family plan helps to cover all services and includes inspections later on (as we may need it for selling the house). The 25% discount will be welcome as well should we need other work later on. Cons: Not the least expensive, but I wasn't really shooting for cheap, I wanted dependable. The family plan seems like a good idea up front, but it felt like it was necessary to get in order to get the real price of a water heater install.

So, we had originally had some issues with pricing, but the office lady was more than willing to hear our complaints and adjust the price even after we had agreed to pay a higher price. They went above and beyond our expectations and I can recommend them to our friends.

WOW! These folks are the antithesis of the jokes about plumbers. I've never had such above-and-beyond service from any vendor. They accommodated my family in a way that was completely unexpected and made an unpleasant situation so much easier to deal with. Will gladly recommend these plumping professionals. (FYI: I called them because a number of my friends were so enthusiastic in their endorsement. My friends were right!)
