The plumber came because the kitchen sink was not draining properly. After working hard for over an hour, he determined a sewer service was needed. Since he could not fix the problem, there was no charge. Thank you Huber Plumbing for the early Christmas present. Huber Plumbing is forever my designated plumbing company.

Critical: Punctuality Did not show, did not call. When I called they obviously did not care. Seemed like they are used to customers calling about missed appointments. Must make too much money to bother getting a new customer. Business won't change until customers quit using unprofessional companies like Huber. I will not use Huber. Service: Water heater repair

Had wanted them to install a hose shower head as I have a back injury and am disabled since 2017. They informed me that the old fixtures would not fit new fixtures and that they would not be able to purchase them, so the owner had me buy a new style fixture (also for the sink.) The first plumber they sent was dilligent and the sink still works. The second plumber broke the latch on the shower access, bent the drain cover, failed to install the fixture in the bath properly and while using it weeks later, the fixture detached from inside, spraying water all inside the walls. Huber insisted the installation error was my fault for the part I purchased- I am not a plumbing expert, it's not my job to know what a good part is or not, and I merely purchased the part they told me to buy.

A year later (after the owner himself assured me that he would look into fixing this) and my shower still leaks when used, the plug is not functional, the shower access is duct taped shut, and I paid Huber over 600$ for a broken shower. Far as I care, the owner failed us and ripped us off. I guess the sink works. Paid over 500 to another plumber for the basement damage, but we won't use Huber again in the house. Or our 2nd floor shower.

Ben and his team were quick to fix the problems we had with our kitchen sink today (leaks and a broken disposal). As renters, we don't always get good service but Ben was professional and worked hard to make sure the job was done right despite needing to send out for parts and the heat today in our non-airconditioned home. We didn't realize the former tenant left a real disaster behind.

The disposal sounded like someone dumped a pound of nails in it. The sink was leaking and spraying all over the place. It was a filthy leaking mess and Ben from Huber crawled under our sink and dug right in to make it clean and work properly again. Although Stratton Real Estate selected Huber for the work, we would completely recommend them after seeing the quality of their work today. Ben was a friendly, modest fellow who took pride in the quality of his work!

We needed repairs made on a home we recently purchased and Jeremiah was sent out to us. He was so friendly, professional and knowledgeable, I will be sticking with Huber for as long as we own our home. He went above and beyond to patiently explain what repairs needed to be made and why. He was courteous and apologetic when repairs were taking longer than anticipated, even when it wasn't his fault. Thank you Huber for hiring and retaining top notch staff!

Always trust Huber Plumbing 100% for every house I have owned. They even know my name when I call and don't ask for address, etc. Make sure to pay them immediately to stay on their 'Good List'.

I have used Huber twice in the last few months to replace two hot water heaters. Ben Jones was my last plumber. He was pleasant and respectful. The first plumber did a great job, too. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I trust the professionals at Huber Plumbing. They have worked with me on two separate homes. Projects include, toilet replacement, appliance maintenance, garage heater install, dishwasher install, and a boiler upgrade in our current home, and many other small items.

Huber came to fix a pipe that froze. The pipe is fixed but I had additional questions about a constant banging sound coming from my pipes. I asked them to see if they could help identify and they would not help.
