This is not my first time using Simeone Plumbing. I have done business with them for years. And there is a reason. Domenic and his crew alway provide excellent service, are reliable, and respond quickly should any problems arise. After researching various companies and obtaining a half-dozen proposals for replacing a 150' sewer line between our house and the main, we selected Simeone Plumbing and were very pleased with our choice. Each person involved with the project was not only thouroughly professional, but friendly and personable. Domenic, who evaluated what was needed, was knowlegeable and honest, pointing out some potential problems that no one else seemed to notice. Olivia maintained timely communication throughout the project and responded quickly to questions. Micah and his assistant Marco were highly competent and extremely hard-working.

They were well organzied, persistent, and demonstrated great attention to detail and problem-solving. This project ended up requiring more time than originally planned (including one day that Micah and Marco stayed until 8:00 p.m., plus a full Saturday that Micah returned to ensure everything was in good order) --and there were no additioanl charges. We're glad that we chose Simeone Plumbing for this big, expensive project, and we're happy to enndorse them with our highest recommendation.

This company is awesome. I had a plumbing issue and as soon as I noticed I contacted Simeone Plumbing and they came right out and corrected a minor issue. Micah and the team at Simeone Plumbing did a great job with their communication from the initial contact to the post service follow up. I dealt with a few different representatives for Simeone Plumbing and every person I dealt with was extremely professional and really courteous.

Before Micah came out I received a text with a picture and a minor bio. It was really helpful because I was not home and I was having someone unlock the house for me. So I just forwarded the text and the person knew exactly who to look for besides the big truck that said "Simeone Plumbing". The rates are very reasonable and in my experience you get what you pay for. I was beyond happy with the rate and services. You would be doing yourself a huge disservice by NOT using this company so give them a call.

This is the first time I have used Simeone and it was a good experience. Gina was helpful and very pleasant when I called and I got an appointment the same day. Second time that we have had Zack out to work on our bathroom. Both times he has been courteous, friendly and efficient with his work. And I believe it’s Olivia who works in their office, she was great as well. Kept us in the loop for appoint confirmation and arrival time. Great company overall and I highly recommend them.

Dominic and Gina at Simeone have been great to work with for the past 2 or 3 years. We own a small resort in Guerneville and have found that they do great work in a timely manner for a reasonable price. Our experience with them is much like Lynette's.

The controls on our hot water heater burned out. I called Simeone Plumbing and decided to get a new hot water heater.a more reliable piece of equipment. Zack got the new hot water heater delivered and he installed it all in the same day. I've never experienced same day plumbing service like this before. The installation of the new heater was rather complex because we live in a manufactured house and the building codes are complicated. Zack came through with flying colors. He's very professional and comes through to meet the needs of the customer. I highly recommend Simeone Plumbing.

I work for a homebuilder and most times our production vendors are from out of town. So when I had a problem with a water heater I called Simeone Plumbing in the morning and spoke with Olivia, super nice and very accommodating she sent out Loren to address our issue that Friday afternoon, (un believable) As a supervisor I definitely appreciated his complete explanation of the situation and also how he handled the customer service side. We just opened a wine and beer bar in eastern Santa Rosa from a converted cyclery. Dom and his crew were on top of it from the start, even though there was not really any existing plumbing. Always prompt, knowledgeable and thorough from start to finish. Gina at the office always made sure everything ran smoothly solved any issues that arose.

Way Over priced. They turned a $800 job (and believe me, that was high) into a $1800 job. Their hourly rate must be over $200 an hour. They do show up. And Yes they email many emails. Too much bureaucracy for a plumber. The Owner tried calling me.but he had no clue about the job details.because he wasn't even at the job site. I have managed thousands of units.they are far and away the most expensive plumber out there. Don't waste your time and money.

Loren was given a difficult job of providing new plumbing to our new building. Difficult because the crawlspace was MINIMAL and he needed to dig a new hole to lay in and another hole to allow his arm to wrench/solder at each fitting. Plus there was the issue of connecting to a new sewer lateral without the heavy cost of a sump pump. These and other challenges were met with his expertise and professionalism.

We had ZACK come out to install a new kitchen sink and faucet. He was punctual, very professional, and very personable. He did a GREAT job and cleaned up like he wasn't even here. We are VERY happy with Zack and Simone Plumbing. It was so refreshing to have excellent work done by a courteous, on-time professional. We will be calling them again soon for a bathroom remodel.

I called Simeone for a clogged bathroom tub after trying 2 other local plumbers - who returned my calls 5 days later. Simeone was right on top of my request, gave me a 2-hour window for the work, and called me when the plumber was on the way. Zach, the plumber, was professional, expedient, and friendly. He fixed my clog, explained what was wrong and how he was going to fix it, and gave me an up-front, and clear, price. I will definitely be calling Simeone in the future for all my plumbing needs.

Simeone Plumbing Inc, sent Zack out to access my ongoing problem under my house we rent. Water out of the wall where the washer drains out. This has been an ongoing problem that was supposed to have been fixed 3yrs ago.

I called for help which I thought was a small problem.it turned out to be a much bigger problem, and Zack was not only very helpful, he did all with a great smile and even better attitude. Zack was my hero for the day.
