Mr. Plumber

Beware. Rip off He charged 100.00 to say he could not fix the problem. He said he wouldn't know where to get the part. I called Culligan and he said the part was from ace hardware and a plastic insert was worn out plus he up dated the configuration of connectors. Mr plumber didn't know how. He said he has 30 years experience. The other guy fixed it in a half hour.

Went out to do some evening watering, and the hose bib right above my house shutoff valve breaks off in my hand! Called Mr. Plumber around 5:45, and he shows up about 20 mins later. He had to leave to get some parts, and it was getting dark when he returned. He came back the next morning at 7am and got the job done in a couple of hours.

Wow. What can I say. I had two leaky manufactured home faucets and did not know what to do. Manufactured home are very different regular homes. I call Rich and he answered the phone. Within a half of an hour he was at my home looking the the problem. He fixed it that day and at a fair price. I would highly recommend Rick for any plumbing job! And he was a nice guy.

Rick, from Mr Plumber was on time, professional, and a nice man to boot. My mother had a leak in an old outdoor pipe and he came out on short notice and did a nice job fixing it. His bill was as quoted, and he was very efficient. Highly recommended.

Came out same day and was about to fix the problem in 10 minutes for very cheap. Was also nice enough to leave me a tool to fix it myself if the problem peruses. Would recommend to everyone.

Rick helped us over year ago with a drain problem we were having in our bathroom. He was very prompt and courteous, not to mention our problem got resolved. I would not hesitate calling him again.

I needed a drain unplugged in an emergency situation. I found mr. Plumber from a google search. Rick from Mr. Plumber came out within an hour, and fixed the clog really quickly, He hydro-jetted my entire plumbing system and blasted put a bunch of gunk. He was very professional and charged a good price for the service. My system has been working flawlessly since and I will definitely be calling Mr. Plumber in the future for any other needs I have.

Rick returned my calls promptly and set up a time that was convenient for me. His work was fast and professional. And he didn't even charge me for a couple of the pieces used to fix our leaking bathroom vanity. He's very nice, too. I'd recommend him to anyone.

We called with a backed up drain on Christmas Eve. He came out within an hour, correctly (and simply) diagnosed the problem - which turned out to be fairly simple, and fixed it! He talked with us about why it happened and what we can do to prevent it in the future. (By the way, don't just put anything down your kitchen disposal!) His sense of humor was great, and he didn't chastise us for the reason for the clog. His price was excellent - I would highly recommend Mr. Plumber!

Rick is always quick in coming out to fix our plumbing problems. We have used him many times and wouldn't hesitate on calling him again. Mr. Plumber is who I call for big jobs in the community I manage. He has replaced over 60 feet of sewer line (in a few places!), installed a pump, replaced other sections of sewer line, so many jobs! He always leaves the area looking just like or better than before he started, treats my residents with respect, and the work is perfect. Remember, plumbers can work on gas lines, as well. Call Rick for any job, large or small. You won't regret it.

He did a great job blasting my drain pipe with his hi-pressure hose. Did all the work from the back entrance, so no mess inside! Turns out Mr. Plumber is not his real name, or else he'd get 5 stars. Overall good value, I was satisfied!

I worked with Rick at Mr. Plumber to replace a water heater at a 4 plex I own in Santa Rosa. He gave me the least expensive price and was able to get it done fairly quickly. Then, about 7 months later the water heater began to fail. He went and checked it out and found out someone had stuck a rag into the vent which had disrupted the electronics. He worked the manufacturer's support and was able to get it fixed and did not even charge me. Great experience

I'm very happy with my experience with Rick of Mr. Plumber. He was very responsive and picked up the phone when I called. He had same day availability for my work. The main sewer line to my house was clogged and he fixed it with no problem. He gave me an accurate quote over the phone and it was very reasonable. I will recommend him anytime.

I just experienced one of the least stressful home fixes of my home-owning life. Rick from Mr. Plumber -- but he didn't answer the phone number listed as "Mr. Plumber" only as "Hello" -- was quick (job done the same day I called), very affordable, honest, pleasant and cordial. I couldn't have asked for a better experience with a plumber. He also recommended an electrician whom I will definitely call on if he's as good as Rick. I will absolutely be using him again when we redo our bathroom.

I called to have a tub unclogged. He seemed a tad confused as to how to get to my house while I explained for 10 minutes that it is just 1 mile past Safari West on Porter Creek Rd. He made an appointment to come to our house in the afternoon. Then 30 minutes later he called back saying he was just 1 person and he gave me someone else's spot and he had to cancel with us.

He didn't try to reschedule. Really a weird phone call. odd man We called Prados. The lady on the phone was sharp and made an appointment without a half hour discussion about where I live.

This was our first experience hiring someone to do extensive plumbing work. We needed a new floor, a shower and a toilet put in our mobile home due to water damage. We were very nervous after reading stories of a contractor taking advantage of seniors in Sonoma County in mobile home parks. Although the phone communication was a bit rough, (Jim said they are working on that!) when it came to doing what he said, and being clear about costs and any issues that came up they were great.

I would highly recommend this company. Jim did a great job, showed up when he said he would and explained everything along the way. I would call them first for any mobile home plumbing work for sure!

Mr. Plumber represented by Richard, came to house after I had made two phone calls earlier explaining my problem during which he never said he had a $100.00 estimate fee. He said he could fix it for about $100.00. He arrived on time at 5:00 p.m. and looked at the job, charged me $100 with a quote of $495.00 to do the work and promptly wrote a bill for $100.00 at 5:07 p.m. much to my incredibility.

When questioned about the outrageous price and the fact he could not fix it and the $100 did not go toward the repair bill, he left after calmly saying he did not deceive me. I call this deception and I know of no person that makes $100 for 5 minutes. I would definitely not recommend this business to anyone who is looking for scrupulous business "professionals." tchrlrnr

My tenant called on a Saturday saying there's backup sewage in the tub and shower- EW! I ask her to call a local plumber and keep me updated. The first company-Mr. Rooter gave us a quote but we thought it was a little high (see my review on Mr. Rooter). So we yelp for plumbers and found Mr. Plumber. They didn't call us 'till Monday, but was able to get the job done by Tuesday at a lower price.

I would have given them a 5 star if the plumber didn't make my husband feel bad about paying him with credit card (which they say they accept on Yelp). I am sure we all have financial issues, but you shouldn't make other people pay for your problems. In fact, my husband felt so bad that he won't even ask for the $50 coupon offered on Yelp! Of course we didn't have the checkbook with us and we live in the city, so my husband had to withdraw from the ATM machine and borrow the rest from our neighbor!

Good service and on time. Rick was friendly and professional. They lose one star for quoting me the Yelper discount price without telling me it was discounted (I mentioned Yelp on the phone but they didn't specify I was getting the discount). The important point, however, is that I got a commode replaced faster and cheaper than I'd get from any big box store. These are now my go-to guys for plumbing problems!

Rick was very nice, but mr. Plumber is lacking communication through their employees. I didn't like that I explained my problem to 1 plumber & got to know him on the 1st initial estimate visit. He quoted me 3-4 hours & $400; then some one else (Rick) showed up to do the work a few days later. I was very confused when I answered the door. I felt something fishy was going on.

I confronted Rick & he assured me everything was ok. Rick looked at the problem & fixed the problem in less than 1 hour. Rick confirmed the leak was fixed and answered all my questions thoroughly. Even though the communication wasn't what I was expecting, the PLUMBING sure was and I was glad to save A LOT OF $MONEY$. Thank you Rick. YOU guys solved my plumbing issue! :-D
