Miller Pest & Termite

This company does care about their product and customer service! The reason for the rating, we had to call the company back out to address a mice issue in the attic that was shared with the tech during the original visit, but no action was taken. The company did send a tech back out, quickly, and a customer service rep called to ensure we were satisfied. We are currently trying to figure out how mice are getting in the attic. I am pleased with the professionalism and response of this company!

He (Sam) I think was his name did a great job of explaining everything he was doing. We were having problems with ants in our kitchen. We expected that it would take time after treatment to disappear but they were completely gone in 48 hours! We signed up for one their service plans. We would highly recommend them for pest control!

Great customer service, the technician was super friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything that they used and would do even sent me an email with a list of chemicals used on the property. We have signed up for a year of service. Looking forward to A reduction in pest and wasps swarming my kids and dogs.

We currently hired Miller for a spider issue. Our Tech Sam was friendly, efficient, and very knowledgeable. He took his time and I'm beyond grateful they sent him as our Tech!.

I hired Miller Pest and Termite to primarily handle paper wasps around my house. They've been nearly uncontrollable for a few years now. After the first treatment, they definitely met my expectations! Wasps are non-existent thus far. To be seen what the longevity of the treatment is. Both the salesman and applicator took the time to address all of my questions and concerns.

We have been customers of Miller pest control for a few years now. Drew was our first tech and he was amazing. He helped us every way possible. He was very professional. Now we have sam and he took extra time to make sure we knew everything about the service he was providing for us. He did a fantastic job. Thank you Sam and Drew for the exceptional service. Signed up will Miller last fall due to an ongoing issue with wasps & hornets. The amount of nests and infestations we had was incredible. Not only did they eliminate all of the nests (some in very high hard to reach places on our office building) but they are doing prevention for us also. They arrived last week for our monthly summer service like they said, and i couldn't be happier. So happy I was able to find such a fantastic company. Fast, reliable, knowledgeable & friendly. I 100% recommend Miller the Killer!

We won a free pest service at Christmas time and have been so pleased with their service! Our technician, Sam Auen, is wonderful.quick, helpful, professional and always early! We were having a problem with mice and I was referred to Sam with Miller pest& termite. He was very thorough and responsive. He was attentive to our needs and was very accommodating. It has been a tough year living in an older house and losing the one man who I could depend on for everything, my dad. When I ran into some pest issues I had to figure it out on my own. I had hired another pest control company, and they were ok at first, but wasn't impressed, as the problem I had wasn't getting resolved. I am so thankful I called Miller Pest & Termite. Roy Banfield, and another technician by the name of, Abbott, have both been out to help with my pest control issues.

I can't explain the relief I have since I hired these guys on. They are not only dependable and hard workers, but they are the kind of guys you want to invite to sit at your dinner table. I can say that I gained two older brothers (who are WAY younger than me) and very happy to have found them. It is a year contract, but that should put your mind at ease that they will get the job done and they will do it right. Thank you guys for all you do! You are family!

I'm in their 1 year contract. would not recommend. It does not seem that this company has very high standards for their quality of service.

I have never experienced bed bugs till my kids went to europe and brought them back. I looked for an exterminator to help me with my problem as soon as I discovered it. I contacted joe with miller the killer and.honestly I had a low expectation on solving my problem.with in 3 or 4 treatments I am bug free! Thank god! I also purchased the extended warranty for my comfort of making sure they will never return or they do they'll be resolved immediately!

I am so glad they were able to help me and put up with my questions and concerns. Again joe and his staff are on point with what they do and my family and I couldn't be more great full! Thank you again Monica and family!

Miller Pest Control has done wonders for our basement spider issues! They are very prompt, thorough and SUPER friendly. I also love that the products they use are not harmful to humans or pets, as I have a home daycare and we are all home when they are here spraying.

Poor service on all ends. When the exterminator showed up on the property he quoted the incorrect price and shows up on a different date than the initial service was done at whatever time he feels like with no call to inform the client that he is on the way. You either have to sit at the window all day (which ever day it might be) or call the company to have him come back out to the property to have the inside sprayed otherwise he'll do a quick couple squirts around the outside of your house and charge you $85 every two months for that.

That was annoying but not as annoying as calling the office to ask that months service to be held off a month since I was moving but didn't have the correct address yet and talking to a Jenny which she was very nice and seemed to be helpful telling me that "if you don't call us back with the new address I'll call you". All seemed ok until I get a email invoice for the exterminator showing up to the old and incorrect property. WHAT?

So I call and talk to a Candy who seemed completely clueless as to what is going and transfers me to the manager Jennifer who informs me that Jenny had made no notes in the file to stop service and to call, which I would love to have the original phone call reviewed since I manager couldn't own up to the employees mistakes or even offer an apology until I mentioned that they couldn't even apologize then she finally uttered a quick sorry.

The office staff could desperately use a course in customer relations and proper note taking! But The manager insisted her staff was more than capable of their jobs which obviously the problem lies with her since I gave her the PO Box address she couldn't even take that down properly and had to send her yet again the correct PO Box address for a bill I don't agree with!

Ultimately would not recommend this company unless you want a bug problem because having an exterminator just spray the outside of the property actually traps the bugs that are inside the house there and creates a bigger and badder problem which they would directly profit on by taking advantage of their customers.

They were there when they said they would and they were very thorough. They explained everything they were doing and why. They also followed up to make sure we were happy. Excellent Customer Service!

We highly recommend Miller the Killer to anyone! They are all so nice and professional! We needed service ASAP-we had bees coming in our basement-and they fit us in the same day! I am so grateful for their prompt service!

Miller had a great service and did great work. I paid on time. I gave them access to my home when they called ahead. I thought it was a good relationship! Today, I get a voicemail that they are releasing me as a customer and that I should go somewhere else.

Hands down, Miller the Killer is the best when it comes to pest control! When we found mice in our newly constructed home, Miller the Killer was out the next day to inspect the entire house inside and out, and plugged up any holes where they could get in!

Very prompt response to our call. Jen was right on time to conduct a very thorough inspection and suggest the proper treatment needed. Next business day Joel arrived right at the exact appointment time and performed the treatment.

Joel came out same day I called. Very thorough and I would highly recommend. I know if we ever need treatment we will give them a call. Also the person I spoke with on the phone this morning was top notch.

We've been very pleased with the service we have received from Miller Pest & Termite! They are very prompt and efficient. I like how they dust down the cobwebs, both inside and out, so they can see from one time until the next as to if we've had spiders. I would definitely recommend them.

Miller The Killer came out and cured everything that was bugging me! They cured all of my spiders and Asian Beatles in less than a day and it was very inexpensive! Friendly people who seem to really care about their performance.

I was having an issue with termites. Joel Miller came out and looked at the home, isolated and identified the issue I was having. After talking with me and explaining that the issue could be resolved, my nerves calmed down.

I've used these guys time and time again. They are always consistently well above average as far as professionalism, integrity and quality of work. I've had problems in the past with hidden fees with other providers, but that's not the case with these guys.

We started using Miller The Killer last year at this time. We use them in the Spring and early fall. We had problems with some persistent carpenter ants last year. They were able to solve that issue. We rarely have any spiders or bugs in our house or gargage with the twice a year treatment. I find their technicians to be thorough and knowledgable. I would highly recommend them.

Staff was polite and did an effective job in treating my apartment. Each time that the exterminator came to my residence he was either late or not prepared. Very friendly though. I would recommend but only if you don't have a strict schedule.

I typically don't write reviews, but I can't say enough good things about Miller Pest and Termite Company. it took them less then 24 hours to address my ant problems. My recommendation would be to stay local and don't bother calling the national companies. Jennifer and Michael were amazing to work with and really listened to the problems we were having.
