Lucas is my technician, and the only reason I'm rating Springer Pest Control (SPC) a 4 - Lucas himself deserves 5 stars. I have had SPC do summer service for the past two summers and I could indeed tell a difference. This year, the day after my scheduled service a carpenter bee hive had been created against my house just outside the back door. I called SPC, told the receptionist my dilemma and she informed me that Lucas had left for vacation and that she would let her manager know, as it would require management approval to dispatch someone out to correct the issue.
They never came, never followed up with me, and I was stung, and others were also stung by these bees. 6 gallons of bug spray from me and the hive continue to thrive. My next scheduled appointment arrived, but I had a doctor appointment when Lucas came to conduct service. I was disappointed that I didn't have a chance to tell, and show Lucas about the hive.
But that was alright, because Lucas found the hive and eradicated it. I'm angry at the management for not caring enough about their customers to send help. Lucas, thank you for an excellent year.

Erik has been my pest control technician for about a year. He is extremely knowledgeable and detailed with his inspections. He is responsive and listens to my concerns. I am allergic to hornets/yellow jackets and when I recently thought there was a nest in my yard, he came out the same day to take care of things. Thank you Erik for all you do!

I have been very happy with their service. They inspected my home for the presale so we felt it was best to try them out. Spend $50 monthly plus tax for them to come out every other month for regular inspections. However, I have called them between inspections for spiders and wasps. They come out for everything but bedbugs and usually can come out within two days.

I have been with Springer for many years. I have within the last year had Caleb S assigned to take care of my home. He is the most thorough technician we have experienced. He has always taken the extra time to explain any questions that I may have. He never disappoints. Art Knapp also does an outstanding job, he provides service to a Townhome Community I manage on the south side.

When we bought our house, our sellers neglected to disclose a mouse infestation. It wasn't caught in our home inspection, either. By the time we moved in, mice had infested all of our baseboards and kitchen appliances - some which had to be replaced. To avoid mediation, our sellers paid Springer for any/all installation costs, plus the first installment (60 days) of service.
A technician came to our house within 24 hours, and did another inspection for us - just for peace of mind. The mice were gone within 2 weeks of install. Our house is of historic age, so we decided to continue the service. It's been helpful for spiders and stink bugs, and we haven't seen a mouse since we moved in. We pay $100 every 60 days, and Springer comes out that often to do upkeep on the exterior and interior.
Their products are safe for our pets and plants, and they're always courteous when they come through. Because it's a contract, we can also call them outside of schedule for pest control, and they'll take care of the problem. They also place flags outdoors where we could come in contact with chemicals, which is when doing yard work. They have an online payment system that uses PayPal, and it's really easy to use.
Their office staff is always very friendly when we need anything. We also have our service technician's cell number, and he's always very flexible with our schedules. It's been just around 3 years now, and we're still very happy with the service. We'll likely continue using Springer for pest control and maintenance while we live here.

We have had Springer Pest Control now over a year and we could not be happier with the services provided by Andy, our service technician. Andy has always been very helpful, professional & thorough. He is also a great resource of referrals for other Springer Services that we have used & been very happy with. When we needed our carpets cleaned, Andy was quick to mention Springer Carpet Cleaning services to us & we were thrilled with the results!

They have always taken great care of us and we really appreciate their excellent customer service. Our technician at our new home is Shawn Williams, and he does excellent work. They contact us consistently ahead of the visit to learn concerns and discuss what will be included in this service. I have been using Springer's pest control service for over 3 years now and am extremely happy with their service. Shawn does a great job and he always calls ahead of time and is knowledgeable and professional and great with my dogs (added bonus). I highly recommend! I have also used their carpet cleaning service and will likely use their area rug cleaner service in the future as well.

So disappointed. I was a pest control customer and decided to have them clean our carpets. Do not hire them for carpet cleaning. My cat had an accident and it wasn't even touched. $300 for our entire house and one guy was done in an hour. Since we weren't home I doubt he even did anything. He did leave our door unlocked. So frustrated and disappointed. I will also be canceling our pest control services. I do not want to do business with a company with this low of standards.

Started getting ants in a home we recently purchased and they were really bothering our kittens. Called and they got an inspector scheduled for just a few hours later. Which was super convenient. Inspector came and looked at the issue and gave us a quote. Their prices however were high. They did offer a lot but you had to sign a contract to get service for a monthly rate, and they service the home every 2 months.
They had a bit more than what we needed such as flying insects and termite monitors (which our HOA takes care of). Overall they offer a lot and have a large service fleet, but their prices were a bit steep for our needs and we just needed a one time treatment and not a contract.
