I'm convinced that the two guys who installed my gutters are NASCAR pit stop workers on the side. I've never seen such professional work done in such a short period of time. Big thanks to Ramiro & David, you guys are awesome! Pfeifer Roofing is the leading example for outstanding customer service and top-notch work. I must have called four different gutter companies in Salem, and Pfeifer roofing was the only one who actually answered their phone. We discovered a leak in our roof. We contacted one company, but they couldn't get anyone out for a few days. Then we contacted Pfeifer. They had a crew out within an hour and a half. The two guys went up in the attic to trace the source of the leak. While they were up there, they checked for any others. Fortunately it was just the one, but we really appreciated them checking.
They identified the problem as being in a roof valley. They took photos and showed me the wet plywood. They stripped back until they saw dry plywood, and then repaired from that point. It has rained since and it appears to be fixed. The two guys who came out were extremely nice to work with, I was very impressed.

Pfeifer Roofing was an excellent company to work with planning and executing our new roof. The crew was efficient and respectful of our property. They worked hard each day as we had two roofs to remove before the new one could be put on. Love the results! They sent a crew to put on the gutters and now is complete. Hector, the Service Manager, did a great job communicating with his crew and us. Highly recommend Pfiefer Roofing!

I have used Pfeifer Roofing on numerous occasions to fix issues on my roof (a roof not initially installed by them but by our builder 20 years ago). Every single time they send an efficient crew who do an excellent job and we have no further issues in that area. I could not be happier with their service. We are getting close to the end of our current roof's lifespan and when it is time to replace our roof, I will be calling Pfeifer for an estimate. While it took a while for them to come out, they did an excellent job. The roof looks beautiful and is completely repaired. They even modified a gutter to further prevent future problems. The men were knowledgeable, capable, polite, thorough, and totally cleaned up the big mess that was created. They truly stand by their work.

I recently moved into a new home and reached out to other roofing companies and wasn't too happy with how I was treated or spoke to. I felt like I was being taken advantage of. I am new at all of this and met with Tom to discuss quotes. Tom was very helpful and I didn't feel pressured or taken advantage of. We had an exceptional experience with Pfeifer Roofing! We worked with Tom initially to figure out the quote. He was extremely knowledgeable, expedient and fair. The folks who replaced our roof were thorough and FAST. They went above and beyond on multiple occasions. The price was very fair and the owner, Trever, stopped by a couple of times to check the work. This company clearly takes a lot of pride in their work and it shows.

Have used them twice in the last two months for different issues. Great response time. Technicians were neat, professional and communicated the different issues and options in a timely and understandable manner. They cleaned up after themselves and were willing to go beyond what was asked of them. It took them less time than I anticipated and cost less than originally quoted.

We chose you out of the telephone directory. Because we knew where to find you we went to your place of business. When we arrived we were impressed, the place is very neat & tidy. We met the owner in the parking lot and he got things rolling because our time was limited. I was extremely well pleased and impressed by Pfeifer Roofing. I had a small and elusive leak in the roof. The worker persevered until he found it, showed me a cell phone photo of the problem so I didn't have to climb into the attic, and fixed the leak. The charge was reasonable for the amount of time he spent on it. Five months later, the roof is tight.
