Bonn Roof Care

I hired Bonn Roof Care recently to perform gutter cleaning as well as routine yearly roof maintenance including moss preventative. I was impressed with the overall job. They sent a QC team back out to clean up a window or two, so they won't give up until the job is done to your satisfaction. I will continue to use Bonn Roof Care for my yearly roof maintenance.

After the recent ice storm dropped a tree limb on my roof I called Bonn Roof Care for an estimate. I was thrilled with the price and contracted for the job. We haven't climbed up to check the roof repairs or moss removal yet (will when the weather is better), but they left roofing nails and staples everywhere. Not one or two, but around 50 that we picked up out of the driveway AFTER waiting 2.5 hours to have a flat tire repaired. Clean-up was part of the charge for service - when we contacted them, they didn't even offer a token discount to make up for their mistake. We will never use them again - plenty of other companies out there with good referrals.

I called for a estimate & I'm still waiting. It's been over two weeks. I was working with Amy, who was very polite on the phone but the women who I spoke to after that were rude. I will take my business & money somewhere else. I called another roofer, he came out the next day and provided me with an Estimate. Very frustrating experience.

My mom needed to have her roof cared for and invited Bonn out for an estimate. They gave a very thorough estimate that explained the work they were going to do in detail and was within the price range we expected. Two young men came out and did the work. They were kind and respectful to my elderly mom, did a through job and left the yard sparkling clean with no debris. Very happy with their service.

Bonn has been my go to provider for roof cleaning, repairs, gutter cleaning, and ventilation work on two separate houses over the last three years. I have worked for this company for the last 4 months and they have been nothing but amazing to me. and I have absolutely no intentions leaving this company anytime soon.

We have used Bonn Roof Care for several years, and had always been happy with the service. Last time, after specific instructions to be SURE to clean the bottom of the roof line where the patio meets it, they DIDN'T. When my husband called & told them that they DIDN'T do what they were paid to do, there was no offer to come back and take care of that part.

This year, after several calls from them (and promises), we went ahead and had them come to clean the roof. This time they DID clean it well, but left our patio and our covered smoker covered in grit, dirt and roof debris. We keep a very tidy yard & home -- and there is NO excuse for not cleaning up after yourselves when providing a service. After showing the person in the office the pictures of what our patio and smoker looked like when they left, my husband has instructed them to NEVER call us again. Don't use this company, folks, as they DON'T do what they promise to do.

Called to get an estimate for two specific needs and after making an appointment I mentioned I was in the process of selling my home and these repairs were listed on the home inspection report. Bonn asked that I email them the entire report. I said I would email them the information that pertained to the roof only and they said that was not good enough.

I gave detailed information on what I needed an estimate for and they kept calling and saying they wanted the entire report. These were two minor repairs so I decided not to do business with them. Two other companies came out and had no problem giving me an estimate for what was needed. Don't waste your time!

To whom it may concern: RANDY and ARTHUR, what a great team! I hope that this time next year, we have the same crew. Please tell their manager, supervisor etc. the professional job they did and the care of our plants and landscaping.
