First of all, it tooks us weeks to finally get our system installed and we were never refunded $20 that they charged our bank account when they meant to take it from another clients bank account so we had to call them MANY times to change the other clients banks information to their account and not ours so we would stop getting charged for our service AND their service.

After many times of calling, they always had the excuse that no one was there to process the refund so we just gave up. My husband now has orders overseas and they REFUSE to let us out of our contract regardless of military orders, regardless that ADTs military team leader has called them theirselves to resolve this and tell them they can't charge us for canceling our contract when my husband has military orders AND we have sold our home on top of that so they want us to keep paying for a security system to a house we no longer own or have us pay $1700 to get out of our contract. IVE TOLD ALL OUR MILITARY FRIENDS AND COWORKERS TO NEVER CHOOSE THIS COMPANY! This place is not military friendly! They never get things done!

Jason is always prompt and very professional! He goes over and beyond for his customers! We love his work!

My impression is horrible service and professionalism. My initial appointment was overbooked by the TCS owner. I called an hour after the initial arrival time to confirm. The office staff confirmed some one should arrive shortly but never did. So, I missed a days pay waiting for an install that never happened. We rescheduled for an afternoon appointment the next day.

The technicians arrived on time. However, after the work was completed I asked for a walk through but wasn't given one. In addition, after the techs departed they returned because ADT contacted them to confirm the system was installed correctly which it was not. I realized afterwards I never received material on the system, no information on response times, I found work related trash and debris on the floors, non of the door chimes worked and my garage door now inoperable.

It has been unsecured all night. I have to manually lift my garage door to open it. Now, they are coming for a second time to fix the system which means I miss another day of work. I am only giving them one star because it's required the make this post. Otherwise, I wouldn't give them a one star. As, a disabled Veteran I do not feel confident in the security and professionalism of TCS an affiliate of ADT.

We were very pleased with our whole experience. Terrel, the tech who installed our equipment was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and thorough!

Your installer did a fantastic job. Very friendly. Love the system. The installer went over the system with me in detail. Show me how to operate it from my phone. Outstanding.

I don't recall the tech's name that did the install, as the job was done back in November 2021. I've requested from the office to have the receipt sent to my email, but have never received the receipt. The tech did a good job at installing my doorbell camera and explained all of the functions. He nearly got ran over by my crazy relative who is psychotic.

She stood watching him and instead of asking him how long it would take to complete the job, she lost her cool and nearly hit him with the car and nearly drove through the fence. I apologized profusely to him. He was calm and didn't seem fazed by her psychotic behavior. I was embarrassed by her behavior and I am truly sorry.

As others have previously stated not military friendly. Very unsatisfied. Mike did not install my equipment right the first time and had to come out a second time. My outside outlet was not working and instead of letting me know he just decided to drill through the interior wall of my house. He was very rude not only the first time but the second time as well.

The cameras constantly go out and there's no way to record continuously, it records just seconds with gaps in between so it's pretty useless if you need something recorded specifically. I cannot wait for the contract to be over because this is a complete waste of $65/month. If you're military (or even if you're not) then read your contract carefully because it is not worth what you will pay.

Mr. Oliver Almodovar is the real deal. He is very hardworking and knowledgeable. His work is outstanding. He is very good at listening to the customer and ensuring that the customer is happy. Additionally, he communicates very well to the customer. I highly recommend him to others.

I wasn't home, but my husband said he did a awesome job so thank you. He's not easy to please so you must be good at what you do.

My installer Oliver was very professional and very courteous. He was very knowledgeable of his installation system and fast working. I would recommend him and his TCS team to anyone looking to get a home security system.

Installer asked me many questions before he did anything to make sure it was OK to run lines and drill where needed. Very professional and courteous. Highly recommend them.

We liked our sales rep and seemingly got a good deal but afterwards our cameras stopping working. We've called and left several messages but they keep telling us to wait until someone contacts us. It's been over a week and no one has contacted us. We're now paying for a service we are not getting. Wouldn't recommend for this reason.

Don has phenomenal experience as an IT professional and that superior knowledge has transferred and made him an invaluable asset to the security environment. Don's exposure to multiple cable companies over the years have given him the ability to Know which companies have the top ratings and he knows the companies who have the worst ratings. Don knows instantly if equipment have been improperly or properly installed. Don saw my install and instantly requested that I called the company. However, Don commented that this was one of the easier installs because the Builder (Weaver Builders) had done their job.

I could go on and on and I would never convey to you his level of expertise. Don is highly recommended. As a matter of fact, I will never need for anyone to touch my equipment. Even if someone else does provide service I know what to look for. Thank you Don for educating me today. You are a breath of fresh air. Your services are superior.

Wow TCS did an amazing job on my security system. The installation was performed without damaging anything and no exposed wiring. We love the exterior drive way camera along with remote deadbolt lock. There customer service and technology have been outstanding

Good Company and great customer support and techs. Had problems with a outside camera its up and running but still a few hick ups. The tech informed the company of possible future issues the company called and told me they were aware of the issue and they would note it. They already told us what the next step would be if there service was required.

We were able to get a great service from Mr. Christian and his manager Micheal . They were really kind and super helpful & honest. The installment was quick , and just all around wonderful. Im really glad we choose TCS . Great company.

I had a great experience with TCS. Their prices beat several other companies that I had called. Their technicians were professional, knowledgeable, and all around good at what they did. The company, as a whole, is an all around reliable company and I see myself doing future work with them.

Don't get me wrong, TCS offers a great service and the customer service is unmatched. Up until last night I would have given a full 5 stars. However, my panel has been going off since last night. I talked to Dynamark only for them to keep telling me that they contacted a technician. Well the "on-call technician" never contacted me and I've been dealing with a howling alarm all night to the point that I stayed at a neighbors house and have not even been to work yet. If I'm paying for a service, I expect to get service and this is really causing undue stress.

Brian, thanks for having everything on Friday ready to go when I arrived and also everything squared away, as usual, during the inspection. The quality of work completed by TCS is, and has always been, at a high level. The work performed for the ODAR/SSA office space still confirms that. Thanks again and a good job.
