I was very impressed with the professionalism of my sales rep Will and with the service technician Bill. They were very polite and courteous throughout the entire installation. Bill took the time to explain the operation of my system using the keypad and with the Total Connect app. I would highly recommend Gill Security! Let me start with Mr. Willie, he is very knowledgeable, helpful and down to earth. He listened to us and offer the service that we needed, for our needs. He explained everything to us very clearly and easy. Our installers were Bill and Conner, they installed everything we need and take the time to explained how the system works. They were punctual, respectful and really helpul.

Gill Security is the best in the business! Their professional security cameras allowed us to catch a shoplifter at our small business! The pictures were clear, the system was easy to navigate, and the ability to go back and see when the item was taken and what the shoplifter looked like was so easy! I recommend them for any business or home for ALL security needs!

Chris reached out after my inquiry and we did a walk through to determine the kind of system I needed. I liked how he was honest as far as recommended va not necessary and clearly wasn't about increasing his sale. They schedule the install a few days later and the techs were great and got everything installed, and educated me on how to work it. Great company.

Will was very professional and friendly, he came into my home knowledgeable about the product and ready to help me keep myself and my children safe. I appreciate his positive attitude and willingness to assist me quickly and efficiently. I also spoke with Becky on the phone to coordinate an appointment and she was able to set up a same day appointment for me to get my system up and running for my family. Gills Security Systems are very dependable. The system’s installers are very knowledgeable about their equipment and are very dependable when we have a concern with my system. After an unfortunate break-in last Oct., we immediately called Gill to install a system. The staff was extremely impressive. The sales staff was knowledgeable, answered all our questions and have followed up several times since the install. The installers were some of the hardest working people I have ever seen. I couldnt believe the work they did and the spaces they crawled into! Compliments to the entire process with Gill. Its never fun to start paying for something unexpected but it sure helps to know its going to something like this and with someone that cares about us not just the money!

I recently had a new burglary alarm system installed in my house by Gill Security Systems, Inc. The reason I went with Gill was because they were recommended by a friend. They gave me a great price on the system and my monitoring rate per month was below their competitors. I had them secure a rental home for me a few weeks later. Great service and a fair price works for me every time.
