Ernie was professional and answered all of our questions. The guys that came to do the roof were awesome. They were professional, courteous, and got all the repairs done in one day. I selected Berry Roofing to remove and replace my composition shingle roof, replace dry rot fascia, shiplap, decking, and trim, and install attic ventilation. Geoff (The Project Manager) ensured all materials were properly ordered and delivered. The demo, haul-off, and new installation was performed quickly. The on-site supervisor (Javier) was on-site every day to ensure the job was performed quickly and properly.

The entire crew arrived promptly every day, ready to work, and the job was completed on-time and at the quoted price. Berry used the best Owens Corning "Cool Roof", energy efficient materials (Underlay, Shingles, vents etc.) and did an outstanding job. My only minor complaint was the end-of day cleanup could have been better. Some nails and staples were frequently overlooked. I would recommend Berry Roofing as a quality contractor to anybody I know.

We selected Berry Roofing to replace our leaking flat roof. During initial visit we mentioned how hot the room below would be in the summer. This prompted a conversation about adding 3 sheets of insulation and to use white in the final layer of roofing (of which there are 3!). We would have never thought of it so it was nice to be heard. The work was done flawlessly.

Crew cleaned and stacked materials every night and gave us daily updates. They even went above and beyond by covering an old vent no longer used and replacing the furnace vent cap which was damaged. These 2 items were NOT on the flat roof but on the peaked roof. When laying the roof, they removed 3 rows of shingles from adjoining roofs so they could put roofing under the shingles providing excellent flow for water with no seams or joints to cause future problems. Both Ron Berry and his staff were very professional and followed up on every inquiry I had expeditiously. They were able to complete work in 2- consecutive days. With me, knowing very little about roofs, having a reliable certified roofer was necessary and worth it! I recommend Berry Roofing!

If you want it done right call Berry Roofing. Such a nice company to do business with. Called a few other companies for quotes and a couple of them couldn't do the job due to not having some one who does repairs. Berry does it all. Very thorough in the inspection. Pointed out a few items that needed attention that I was not aware of. Their quote was in the ballpark. Ended up paying a little more than the quote due to more repair work needed to replace more boards and fascia than anticipated, of which I was made aware of at time of the estimate.

They did a great job removing and installing the new roof. Did a fantastic clean up removing all the debris. Very happy with all the work they did. Fantastic crew that worked to getter professionally. My wife and I just love the look of the new roof. After having my barn moved from my old house to my new house, I looked for months for someone to put my tile roof back on. Amazing company! I wish they did more than roofs. We have never worked with a contractor that was so easy to work with. Even lowered our bill by $2000.00 because they did not have to replace a layer that was still in good shape.

We chose Berry Roofing to replace our wood shake roof because 1) They had done an excellent job with a neighbor's roof some time back; 2) The estimate was detailed, leading us to believe that they knew their business, there would not be any huge surprises in final cost; and 3)Their price was fair.

Our house was built in '83 single story ranch 1465 sq ft. Very simple rectangle shape. Well we had a leak and chose to have the tar paper replaced instead of the $30,000 replacement. We were told that they would reuse the good tiles and replace the damaged with new.

Ron Berry came out himself ON VALENTINE'S DAY to give us a roofing estimate. Valentine's day fell on a Saturday this year, so I am sure that he had other places he would rather be! Ron was still courteous and professional. He answered all of our questions, and his estimate came in $2000 less than another quote we received the day before.
