Company approached and completed the roof replacement on two houses and and extra garage in a timely and professional manner.

Thank you Micasa for being patient with us and all of our daily questions, color, start day, cost, etc. Dealt with Oscar and he walked us through, start to finish. Hesitant at first but everything worked out fine. Big investment. Even the neighbors complimented at what a good job Micasa did. We picked a start day but had to move it up a week and no problem.

They even helped out with the permit. They said they would be there at 7 am and sure enough 7am they were there. The workers went straight to work, not one worker standing around. Removed old roof, repaired plywood that needed replacing also replaced most of the fascia that needed replacing. I waited to write this review until after the first rain and windy day, so far so good. I would recommend Micasa to anyone. Good Price, Great Work. If I figure this out I will add pictures.

Had Micasa Pro Roofers stack and relay my roof 5 years ago, cost $12k and supposedly came with a lifetime warranty for workmanship. We have a tile that is about ready to fall off the roof because they did not rail it in and they will not honor the warranty stating that's not workmanship. I'm not sure what workmanship would cover then if they won't cover the fact they didnt nail down all the tiles. They want to charge me $850 to come out and fix their shotty workmanship. I will be filing a complaint with the CSLB. Do not use them!

I have worked with a few roofing companies over the years but I have to say Micasa Pro Roofers has been the best hands down. From Oscar the estimator who quickly made an appointment with me after I sent a request, he kept in communication with me and answered all my questions. I am very happy with my new roof, they all did an awesome job, we will definitely use their services again in the future and hope you will too. Highly recommended.

I have had Micasa Roofers perform work on my roof for years, and I was always impressed with their work. However, in Aug 2016, I had a $15,000 job completed by Micasa where they were supposed to remove, clean and replace tiles, and put down new felt underlayment. When the job was complete, my rain gutters were removed and damaged, my roof leaked like a sieve, and I am $15,000 poorer.

Not only that, but they refused to make any repairs or fix the leaks, or repair or replace the missing rain gutters. Now, I can't get them to respond no matter what I do. I have recently filed a complaint with the CSLB, and am hoping to get some resolution, before my house is filled with black mold. If I were you, I would keep looking for a roofing company with a better reputation. I wouldn't want even my worst enemy to experience the nightmare that I have been through.

So we called Micasa Roofers for a quote for our companies roof and they call back and yelled at our receptionist saying it's a prank call/solicitation call and that since our company is a building materials manufacturer that we should fix our own roof! what kind of service is that? or maybe they just don't want to work!

Oscar and his crew were consummate professionals. Throughout the entire process, from the appraisal to completion, the experience could not have been any better. DO NOT TRUST THEM.called to get an estimate about a leak and over the phone he quoted me $1450 without even looking at the roof and said that they were going to send me an email with contracts to sign that day to ensure that they would receive said money. I was skeptical and called someone else and they came out and fixed the leak for $300

I called because I had several leaks in my home. Not sure who answered the phone but he said he would call me right back but never did. Did not keep their word. Bad start, I was hoping to get an estimate due to the awesome reviews. :

Oscar sent someone out to fix my roof fast; before the next storm. The price was fair. Oscar was very professional and responsive to my questions and concerns. Paying by credit card was easy. If I have future roofing issues, I'll call Micasa Roofing.

I called Oscar from Micasa Pro Roofers because I wanted a second opinion, as the roofers who did my current patio roof were unreliable and made me feel very insecure with their hasty work and lack of communication. Oscar was so helpful- he explained what I needed to expect from this other company. He gave me his honest opinion, verified their license and told me what to look out for. I am grateful for his kindness and regret that I hadn't called Oscar to replace my roof in the first place.

With all the rain going on past few months I was worried that I would have to wait months to fix my roof leak but micasa setup an appointment within two days. They gave me a reasonable flat fee to repair a leak near my chimney, and even fixed some tiles that were broken by the solar installer for no extra charge.
