I contacted Peak to Peak Roofing & Exteriors from a list of roofers I received from my insurance company. Brian Dyson promptly returned my call requesting a roof inspection because of an animal in the attic. Brian was at my home that afternoon for the inspection. The three roof vents had to be replaced because of animal damage. Brian did not hesitate to co-ordinate schedules with the company I contracted with to remove the animal.

Peak to Peak immediately replaced two roof vents and returned 10 days later to replace the last vent. I was impressed by Brian's professionalism, integrity, and pleasant attitude throughout this project. His staff is on time, and friendly. I give Brian Dyson my highest recommendation.

Insurance initially denied my claim, but Brian worked with my insurance company to get a second adjuster to respond to get my damaged roof and gutters replaced. Damen was fantastic to work with - he worked with appraisers and insurance to get a full claim on our shake roof that we thought was hopeless. Once approved, they got to work faster than they estimated and were super responsive to my questions along the way. Peak to Peak is an amazing organization. This was my first interaction with a roofing company. These people are on top of their game. I requested an inspection, it was completed in the same day. They stayed in constant contact with me throughout the roofing project. They worked very closely with the insurance company. When I called the office someone actually answered the phone.

They were very thorough in the process making certain that the roof was brought up to current code. The staff were very accommodating, explaining how the process worked. The project was completed within days of Insurance Adjuster visit. The property was cleaned up very thoroughly after the replacement. I will use them again if ever needed.

The inspection conducted by Peak to Peak was outstanding. The employee arrived at my home in Colorado Springs on the date and time as scheduled. He informed me of what his inspection would consist of, did it in a very timely manner and provided me with the assessment of any problems noted. In my case, he did not find any problems with my 10 years plus roof and pointed out a couple of potential problem areas in the siding which were primarily cosmetic.

And as promised, he sent me additional information about his inspection via email once he returned to his office in Denver, Colorado.
