Josh and his team did an amazing job helping us get our roof replaced before selling our home. Josh was friendly, easy to contact with all my questions, on time for all our meeting and just a great person to work with all around. John has been excellent to work with. I had multiple insurance problems with fixing my roof after the last storm. I also had skylight issues which the insurance company was using to deny my claim. John expertly navigated these problems, and even though it took some time, he was able to get the claim on my roof approved and I recently received the insurance check.

Anthony Simonetti was our project manager here in Castle Rock from that terrible hail storm last July. He was right on top of everything! He got RIGHT back to us each time we needed to speak with him and made sure everything was done perfectly. He stayed with the roofing team the whole morning! Anthony also referred us to some local handymen for jobs his company couldn't do. He went "rounds" with our insurance company too (unfortunately). If we ever have hail like that again(yikes) we're calling Anthony!.

Summit View Replaced the hail damaged roof on my home in September 2010. After an initial inspection identified some additional damage that was missed by the insurance adjustor, they contacted the insurance company and acquired additional funds to fix the damage. My roof was repaired in a professional manner and completed on time.

This business takes good care of their customers in many different roofing needs. I appreciate Jake's concern and care regarding detail. I would recommend this business.

Summit View is absolutely wonderful to work with. They were prompt for every appointment. They explained everything clearly so we felt comfortable throughout the entire process. They did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it.all with excellent quality. We had to be away when the work was started. Our daughter also wanted her room painted 4 different colors while we were away and they handled that for us as well.

It was particularly difficult because there were both light and dark colors, different on every wall. Jeff and his team gave us updates every step of the way, without us even asking. When we returned, everything was exactly as they said it would be. And our daughter's room was simply perfect! They dealt with the insurance company so we didn't have to. Jeff supervised the entire process and did quality checks all along the way. They truly care and the whole process was so easy for us, we never had a minute of concern or stress! I highly recommend Summit View.
