Fine company, woman owned. My company uses True Nature for our Roofing & Siding needs. Cassie is an excellent owner who stands by her word. Word is Bond in my book. What she says she does and that Trickles down. Thank you True Nature for keeping it real

David, the owner personally came out and climbed on the roof with our insurance appraiser. He showed up when he said, and got everything that was damaged covered and did a heck of a great job fixing the roof once the work started. Great company, awesome people! Five stars and 2 thumbs up for sure!

I would recommend against using True Nature. I had True Nature look at a roof and give us an estimate, but the homeowner wanted to have a lawyer look at the contract before he signed it. Dave Ballard freaked out and refused to do business with us because the homeowner wanted to exercise his legal right to have a lawyer look at the contract before he signed. What does it tell you about their company if they are scared to have a lawyer look at one of their contracts?

I must say, this company has blow my expectations away. I was in a dilemma selling my house and was told my 8 year old roof had to be replaced. I couldn't believe it (yes, I know hail in Colorado Springs can do that, but wasn't prepared for it). Requested a second estimate/opinion from True Roofing. They did a free estimate/inspection and told me that the roof has minor cosmetic damage but it is still intact and fine.

They did some minor repair work at and then certified my roof for 2 years. I submitted their statement to my buyers and they accepted it. Saved me $7700. They could have tried to make a quick dollar but they were honest and helped me out tremendously. I thank them greatly and will refer anyone to them.

My roof hasn't been replaced yet but so far this company has been amazing. We've had some insurance hold ups and wanted quotes from other companies. This company was not pushy at all and didn't force us to sign anything for an estimate. They were prompt about coming back out for a contract. After getting additional quotes we decided to use True Nature.

They're one of the only companies in the area who didn't make us wait a week or more for an estimate. Barry has been very prompt at giving us updates information. *** UPDATE- my roof is now complete! Wow what an EASY process this company made it for my family! When it comes to customer service they really care and try their best! I highly recommend.

They had their crew here and worked 13 hours straight to make sure my home was good before the rain started back up! They spent a lot of time cleaning up and making sure there were no nails outside for my children to step on. They just went above and beyond my expectations.

If you need any roofing services, repair or replacement, call True Nature Roofing. They were able to get out quickly to the property for an inspection and get us scheduled right away. Their dedication and customer service is second to none! They are now on my speed dial.

David came out today to look at our roof where a vent pipe needed to be patched up and was leaking. Found numerous things that our home inspector missed when we purchased the house, fixing the smaller things free of charge. He even stayed around to look at some of the other issues we were having and provide advice or refer us to local experts through his vast network of professionals. Real stand up guy that didn't rush the job and took pride in his work! 10/10 Will definitely be using his expertise in the future.

I wish I could rate them more than 5 stars. Truly honest, prompt and a pleasure to deal with. I was in a serious time crunch. I was not even in the state due to my job. I had to close on my house quickly and I was having issues with my insurance company and my mortgage company. I was really worried about making the closing deadline.really worried.

True Nature Roofing immediately eased my worries. They worked with me, my realtor, the insurance company and mortgage company to get the impossible done. These guys are miracle workers! I would like to say thanks to TNR for helping us in a pinch. We called these guys when we were out of town because our house keeper notified us of a roof leak due to the large amount of snow we recently had. They came out and removed the snow and fixed the roof while we were gone. They were very easy to work with and we haven't had any problems since.

True Nature Roofing did a fine job! Even though my insurance company was being a real pain, Chris was always ready to help with anything that came up. I was very happy with the choices of shingles they offered and the variety of styles and colors that they had. It was nice to see how well Chris was able to show me what shingles would best compliment the overall look of the house. I will be using these guys again for any roofing projects I have for as long as I live in Colorado Springs.

Outstanding! I met Daniel one time after I had called initially and he did the inspection. After that I was working out of town for a while and he was able to meet my adjuster and get the roof paid for without me there. They sent me all my paperwork via email and I was able to pick colors and sign all the documents digitally. One week later Daniel sent photos of my brand new roof as promised. When I got home the yard looked cleaner than it had been before I left and everything was just as I had left it except. I had a brand new roof. Love it!

They presented all my options very well and I ended up filing a claim with my homeowners insurance. Long story short.they temporarily repaired the roof at no charge, met with my insurance company, and the roof was approved for full replacement. I am extremely pleased with the whole process! Not only did they do an amazing job, they also handled the entire process very smoothly.

It is so hard to find a good company with true professionals who care! Thank you so much True Nature Roofing for making this process as easy as it was! They replaced our roof, gutters, windows, garage door, and painted our house and all we had to pay was our deductible! Not only that, but they had the entire project finished within 30 days!
