Steve and his crew were simply exceptional from start to finish. They showed up ahead of time and completed our entire re-roofing job in a single day! The results were outstanding! I went to inspect the cleanup and there was zero evidence that a roofing job had taken place. I have used many mountain roofers before from TRC Granby to Summit's own Turner Morris and the service provided by Severly was not only better but also more timely and economical.
I will be using Severly for all of our future roofing needs and recommend you save yourself the time and hassle of the other big names while supporting local and also receiving a better service. Recommend exceptionally Highly!

Do not, I repeat do not hire Steve Louden with Severy Creek Roofing! I trusted him, he talked me in to signing over an insurance check to him for more the 23K, he started my roof, opened it up and pulled off and would not answer my calls / text / emails for a week in November in Colorado! I had to hire an emergency roofing contractor and I had to pay them over time and holiday pay.
Again DO NOT HIRE STEVE LOUDEN! He is a thief! I am currently working with the DA and Detectives to press charges to the fullest extent of the law in Colorado Springs! My Rating is - 5 stars Not one star but unfortunately negative five star is not an option.

We were effected by a hail storm and we had all sorts of items that needed to be done. We needed a new roof, gutters, light fixtures, and paint on part of our house. Steve the owner got it all done. If you want to work with one person to get all of these things done, he is your guy. We are so pleased with the results and would highly recommend Severy Creek Roofing!

Steve came highly recommended for all the repairs after the hail damage we experienced. Steve was professional, honest, reasonable, and worked directly with my insurance company. He was detailed on what work that was going to be done and kept us in loop during the entire process The finished product has exceeded my expectations! The roof damage was considerable after the June 18-19 big hail storm in Loiusville. Severy Creek was there the next morning to help me. Steve is the owner and knew the scope of the damage. It was much more than the roof. Steve knows this business and I have known him for 25 years. Reliable, honest, and so helpful especially when the insurance guys came around. This is a very competitive marketplace. Steve gave me the needed assurances that the repairs would be excellent.

Our experience with Steve Louden of Severy Creek has been outstanding. Steve was quick to arrive in the neighborhood to assist where he could with temporary skylight repairs after the recent hailstorm in Louisville. He was on site when we had our Allstate inspector reviewing the storm damage. I'm sure Steve's presence, experience, and professionalism enabled us to recover the maximum possible claim payment from Allstate. Steve went above and beyond when he replaced my roof. He found damages that my insurance company missed when they inspected it for hail damage. He handled everything from start to finish with dealing with my insurance. He also replaced a few things that insurance wouldn't cover. Great communication with him. He would even answer on Sundays. Roof looks awesome and no more leaks due to the previous company that did my roof before. Would recommend to family and friends. A+ from start to finish. Thanks Steve!

Steve Louden did a fabulous job with my home. My new roof is beautiful and was completed in a timely and professional manner. The new seamless gutter system far surpasses the original gutters put on by the builder. My father was so impressed with the gutters that he scheduled his own gutter installation. My trim needed touched up after the roof was installed.

Steve Louden and his company are a class act. I had a leak from the roof coming into the house through my furnace conduit. I called three companies for help and Steve came right out to check it for me. He pointed out the problem, explained the solution and even surveyed my roof and pointed out some trouble spots that I could fix. He is honest and fair and by far the best value around.

Severy Creek, was at my door the day after the storm 7/28. They completed the job on 12/4. Currently 12/13 the trailer with old roofing material is still in the driveway blocking access to the garage. All the "extra" new roofing material is now piled up around the front door. I hope someone doesn't trip and sue. Did I mention this job was $7000 and they were nice enough to do it on a snowy Sunday. I'm happy none of the professionals didn't fall off the icy two story roof. Thanks

Steve and his crew took care of my roof- I wasnt sure I needed one because I didn't have any leaks that I could see. But my neighbor suggested I get it looked at since we had a couple of major hailstorms in the area. Sure enough, what I could not see qualified me for a new roof. Steve did a great job working with my insurance company and his crew took care of the rest. Very painless process.
