I had a spill on my carpet and they were they only carpet cleaning place answering phones at 8AM. They got to my place very fast and worked with me and my schedule. Brady did a great job and is very professional. Awesome guys and will definitely be using this service again if needed in the future.

I recently had Ultimate Carpet Cleaning Co clean my dryer vent. Jeremy, Logan & Tony did an excellent job of cleaning out the vent plus they were extremely respectful & polite. Ultimate carpet is definitely a "people pleasing" business!

I needed to have a 75 year old Navajo rug cleaned and was very nervous about finding someone who knew their business and not damage it. I talked with the manager and he assured me that they could do the work and also repair some damage done by moth's. When I picked up the rug I was awe struck. Wow! Technician was on time, very friendly and informative. I had the pet urine odor control treatment and he took his time and did meticulous work. I wish I could post a photo because my 10 year old carpet looks brand new and is very soft to the touch.

Very thorough and nice job. Serviceman was prompt. Although our carpet was not badly soiled it did have spots that we hadn't been able to get up. Spots gone and carpet looks great! One thing I was a little disturbed about was that when I originally called for a quote I was quoted $125 for our small apartment - only small living room, dining room and short hall.

So, the other day I had about 15 bags of rotted grass sitting in my driveway waiting for garbage day. I'm so lazy that I put them in the back of my car to drive them down to the end of the driveway so I wouldn't have to carry them by hand like some kind of peasant.

I called Ultimate Carpet Cleaning on Tuesday. They worked me in on Friday -- in time for our Sunday guests. We moved into a house with dirty white carpets. The young man who came did a superb job of cleaning -- fast, efficient, and thorough. He explained the options, we agreed on a price and he went to work. Great care was taken with furniture and other fragile things.

I noticed he had all the equipment needed, including large floor fans to facilitate drying -- which takes about 6 hours. Good thing is, you can walk it almost immediately with shoe/feet booties. Next day, all was fully dry. Highly recommend these folks.

These guys are so professional, helpful, and know their stuff! Jeremy and Chris were prompt, gave me good advice, and some free samples to try that worked awesome! Our renters basically ruined our carpet, and they were able to bring it back to the look of a new carpet. I'm so glad I chose them to clean our carpets and not someone else. Not only did they do a great job, but the price was right for my additional cleaning needs, after I had shopped around to compare other carpet cleaner's prices in the area.
