Hello! I am Lucy Tirrell, owner of Lucy's Spotless Cleaning. I am glad you are looking into who is at the head of your cleaning company! Let me tell you a little bit about myself. First and foremost I am a busy mother of a brilliant twelve-year-old girl and a spunky always on-the-go nine-year-old boy.

When we aren't busy with the daily school work and after school activities, you can find us outside enjoying the sunshine. We enjoy a good barbeque with friends, camping on the weekends and hiking whenever we get the chance. Life has its challenges being a single parent but I welcome it with gusto!If you aren't your child's biggest cheerleader, who is?

I hired Lucy's for a one time clean with the idea that I would hire them back for a regular clean. So far, not a great experience. Here's my issues: - my house was not fully cleaned -many baseboards, walls and areas of the kitchen completely missed - they finished early - why not do a quick run through and make sure it was all complete? - they did offer to come back but I had company and couldn't accommodate that. - then I got a text confirming a clean on the following Monday, um, I didn't request that.

I was waiting on a bi weekly estimate. Each day someone responded saying they would get me an estimate and finally I just gave up. I will be going to a different vendor. Sorry Lucy's - You lost me.

Lucy and her energetic crew came to my out of control disaster kitchen. They truly left it spotless. I felt so good I finished some projects I couldn't do with my kitchen so depressingly bad.

Lucy's Spotless Cleaning, was fantastic! My son's apartment is what I hired her to do and it was really bad. He is a smoker and the walls and appliances were covered in tobacco smoke and nicotine. They did a spotless job and, believe me, I will tell everyone how good they are. The manager of Maryland village, .where my son is, came and looked and said Oh my! What is their phone #?
