Excellent company! They installed gutters around the entire home. Excellent work.

When it rained, there were 2 areas where the rain cascaded in sheets over the gutters. Rain Guard installed larger gutters, downspouts and splash guards in the problem areas. When the rainstorm hit on Sunday evening, we looked at the original problem areas and they no longer cascaded sheets of water. The rainwater was diverted correctly to the downspouts.

Zach was very friendly when he came to give an estimate for new gutters on my home. The price was very fair, and the materials were great quality. I was very pleased with the workmanship. The crew supervisor, Raul, was also very friendly and helpful. He made sure I was totally happy with the end result.

This is the second time I have used RainGuard. I returned because I had such a great experience the first time. I did not have a very good experience this time. I had to constantly find out where we were at in getting the install scheduled, the install went well but then it took weeks to get the bill and I had to call and text to get someone to respond and send me a finalized invoice. Communication seems to be a major issue within the company as well as to their customers.

They were the ones that did the gutter on front of our house for the builder and we were pleased with the appearance and the quality. So we had them put gutters on the back of the house with everything to our liking. We would highly recommend them.

The screens they put on the gutter system does not keep out the maple seeds. Husband was up there today. First year with the gutters and it's a nightmare. The wirly birds are stuck! Tons of maintenance. The seeds are stuck in the grate! This was why we bought the system! We are getting too old for the maintenance. Sales guy was great I was hoping to leave a great review.

Called and Zach with awesome Customer Service came out and he was very informative and detailed with everything. Highly Recommend! The color matches perfectly all around the house. Makes the house look way better!

Rain Guard installed our gutters in a timely fashion. The guttering looks great and functions as it should. Rain Guard's customer service was excellent and the salesman worked with is to determine the correct coverage of our house. Overall a great experience.

Brad and his team did a great job. The install guys were there exactly when they said they would be there, which does not seem to be very common anymore. I had a concern regarding a small leak in one of the corners and they were back there the next day fixing it!

The experience was very easy from the ordering to the estimate to the installation. Very knowledgeable and experienced installers. I have had the gutters for over a week now and no issues at all. Even after one of the worst rain storms I have seen in a while.

My home had green bricks from water and algae and the concrete steps were pulling away from the house. I'd just had a house leveling company place piers and thought the failing steps might have been a result of all the holes made in the steps to set the piers.

I contacted them about a gutter inspection and clean out. I received a quote from them in a prompt manner for nearly $1,000 worth of work on a two-year old house. They recommended adding a downspout and attaching my gutters with a stronger T-strap instead of just the hidden hangers that had originally been installed at the time of the house completion two years ago.

I agreed to it because they say my gutters should theoretically last forever now and not sag over time. They were prompt with completing the additions of the T-straps the but didn't clean out my gutters. When I called them on this to point out that the cleaning of the gutters had not been done (the reason for my original phone call to them) they did send someone out to clean my gutters within the week. So, overall, it was ultimately all fine. Just remember that they are a business and will be trying to push products in addition to what you might want in the first place.

I called for an estimate on a Monday, they came out on Tuesday right on time. Gave me a thorough explanation of my options to clean and repair my gutters. I approved the estimate and by Wednesday at noon it was done.

I had used Rain Guard previously on this same house for just my gutters 3 yrs ago. I have lots of trees and was tired of climbing ladders and cleaning out the leaves in the down spout drains every year. I called the office and Luke came out promptly and gave me a price I thought was fair for the product I am getting. The installers were prompt on the arrival time and the job looks great! Rain Guard has been a favorite go to of mine for many years. They do expert work and pay very close attention to the slope of guttering, making sure everything is working properly. We had used them twice at 2 different houses and found them to be prompt, efficient and although a little higher priced than others, we thought their work made up for it. That all changed when they came to do a third job for us. We were grossly overcharged on one of the items (about 3x's the going rate) and they would not respond to multiple phone calls to reduce the cost or come and retrieve the item.

Finally after not hearing from them for months, they unexpectedly sent a letter saying they'd put a lien on our house. I found this to be an overly aggressive response especially considering that they had not returned calls and gave us no warning of their plans. To save time, my husband paid the bill (over my objections) but he wanted to just close the file. I'm still seething at their handling of this project and I cannot let them get away with this poor customer service. We had always paid our bills promptly but apparently our reputation with them meant nothing. And that's exactly what theirs means to me now.
