My wife and I first used Dorsey about 7 years ago to replace our roof. Jeff was very helpful, and his crew did an excellent job with the roof and the cleanup. We get quite a bit of hail here in the Denton area, so I called them again this past March. Both times Jeff has been extremely professional, communicated well, and is now in my contact list. They have the best service, the best price, they do what they say they are going to do, they work directly with the insurance company so you don't have to and will do whatever it takes to help the customer. I needed my roof and a couple things replaced due to hail damage. Jennifer Williams is absolutely awesome. Right from the start she made the process so easy for me. Not only did they replace my roof but fence as well and Jennifer always kept in touch to make sure everything was okay and the job was done right. My husband and I needed a new roof due to hail damage in March. I called Dorsey's as they came highly recommended to me by our next door neighbor. Dorsey's replaced their roof due to damage from the same storm and it looked so nice. Jennifer Williams came to our home on April 22 and she was so professional, knowledgeable and handled all communication with State Farm. The roof was installed yesterday and it is gorgeous.

Wow.my day just got 100% better! I called Dorsey's in a panic. My roof was leaking and Brian sent someone out right away.
