Englewood Lawn & Landscapes was founded in 2002 by Mike Duncan and Tim Simounet with two used trucks and tools from their basements. They developed a business plan with sound principles - train or hire only professionals to provide phenomenal service to Kingsport and surrounding communities, and always put the customer first.

Englewood Lawn & Landscapes has now grown to a staff of 40 plus employees with over 170 years of combined experience in the landscaping industry. Tim is a native of the Northern Virginia/Washington D.C. Metropolitan area and has 39 years of experience in the green industry. He is both a Virginia Certified Horticulturist and a Tennessee Certified Nursery Professional.
