Poor Boy Lawncare has taken care of our mowing and performed landscaping services over the past year and I would and have highly recommend them to anyone. Even with all the crazy rainy weather we have had lately they worked in the rain removing some overgrown shrubs and split trees. Thank you to Adam and everyone at the company.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I called on Monday and spoke with someone who said they would come mow and trim that day or the next. They did not show up and did not call to inform us. I called Wednesday and spoke with someone else who said someone would be here first thing Thursday morning. Again, no one showed up and no one called. My husband left a message Thursday evening.
I called and left a message Friday morning and also emailed. No response to either. Their website says "Above all, we are distinguished by our high quality of work and commitment to customer satisfaction, before, after and during our project." This is clearly false advertisement since they do no show up when they say they will and do not communicate when they cannot meet their commitments.
If they simply chose not to do our yard, the courteous thing would have been to do it the first time since they said they would on more than one occasion, and then advise us to find someone else. Now we have grass five days longer and will probably not be able to get someone else to come until next week. Their site also says they are Better Business Bureau (BBB) Accredited, but BBB's website says they are not. Very poor business practice and definitely not committed to customer satisfaction.
