I hear they are a great company; the one star only reflects the woman who answers the phone--Whom ever the woman is who answers the phone---she is incredibly unprofessional; rude and ignorant! If I didn't know that they had a good reputation for service, I would never use them based on her nasty attitude; This is not the kind of personality any company wants to have handle their customers. She sounds like she has zero education in customer service!

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value I call trying to set up an appointment for work she lied Never gave to the owner of my resume. I have all certifications and well qualified but she never seems to give my application to management. Very rude and unprofessional.

I was able to get them in immediately and they did a great job of saving our hardwood floor and drying everything out. They also talked directly to my insurance adjuster to help that process along. They were professional, quick, and clean. I hope I never need them again, but wouldn't hesitate to use them.

Who performed water restoration and repairs on one of my condominiums due to flooding in March. In my experience, it is rare to find a restoration company that focus on quality and service.

The majority of water and fire restoration companies I have hired in past have not focus on quality of their work. This can be quite a frustrating experience. That was not the case with National Water Restoration. The moment I called them they went right into action. The night team led by Jonathan was outstanding throughout the whole project. National Water Restoration's team communicated regularly with me on the status of my water restoration, dry-out and repairs.

As well they made sure that the debris was minimized while the working on the units. What impress me the most was his dedication to doing a great job. The restorations team leader double check and triple check the work that was being done on his own.

By the time, I came to look at the final work I did not recognize the condominium it was as if no flood happened. It looked amazing! This is the first experience with a water extraction and try out service company, where I did not have to keep an eye on them, or worry about what work is being down on my building. I can't tell how nice this was. Talk about promptness! I had an emergency over the holidays and unfortunately came home to find my water heater leaking through the living room ceiling fan from the first floor and onto my sofa! It was awful.

I would say that National Water Restoration is the best company to ever exist. They were prompted to when I called in with a flood I had in my home. The staff is very polite and professional and helpful. I would so recommend their services again and refer them to my family and friends.

This review is for the level of customer service, professionalism and honesty! One of our water pipes leaked an inch of water all over the lower area of our condominium. We called National Water Restoration and told them are issue. They had someone out in less than an hour from when I called! National Water Restoration technicians came in and looked at the damage.

They were very honest about what needed to be done and how much it would cost. They went ahead and dried out all the water with special machinery, and left the place spotless. Our carpet was very old and frankly it was not worth it to fix carpet since we were looking to get new carpet anyways. Just not this soon. They were professional, knowledgeable and so nice and understanding.

I hope I don't ever need to call them again, but absolutely would call them in a heartbeat if we ever get more water damage. It is refreshing to see a company so honest, efficient and knowledgeable!
