I had a pipe burst in my kitchen wall which flooded out my house. I contacted my insurance company (citizens) about it and they recommended going through the mrp program they offer. I was a bit skeptical about it at first because I figured they would send me the cheapest contractor they could find. They sent out Pat and company in a timely manner. Pat showed up on time, went through everything and came up with a solution.

Everything Pat said would be done was done in a very professional manner with a above standard quality/finish. All of Pats staff was very professional, extremely clean, communicated well and worked vey hard! I was very impressed that citizens sent me such a great company to take care of our problems. I'm very happy with the way everything came out and I would HIGHLY recommend South Florida Water and Mold Restoration!

My parents ended up getting some water damage as well so we called pat out. Like before, pat showed up on time, was very professional and took care of everything for my parents. It's hard to find genuine people who actually keep their word nowadays. Pat is a man of his word, cares about the customer, makes sure everything is 110% perfect and that the customer is 110% satisfied!

When we had a leak in our kitchen wall, our insurance company assigned South Florida Water and Mold Restoration for our mold remediation. What a blessing they were! Pat, the co-owner came out immediately and got our wall drying out and reassured us everything was going to be okay. When it came time to do the remodel we requested them for the remodel because they were so easy to work with.

They showed up when they said the were going to and had a subcontractor they trusted for every component of our kitchen. I never thought a full kitchen remodel could be easy (especially at the height of Covid), but they really made it easy for us. Lisa, then owner was an expert at handling the insurance and managing the project. When we asked for a quick turnaround because of the holidays, she made it happen. If you're looking for a reliable contractor that will show up and get the work done, these guys are it!

If you have water damage or are looking for a contractor, these guys are the best in South Florida. He was kind, his equipment was top notch and clean, and he reassured us everything was going to be alright.

When it came time for repairs, they (Lisa and Pat) were responsive, showed up when they said they were going to and got the work done very quickly. At the height of Covid. They literally answered every phone call or called back quickly. It was months before Christmas and when I told them that we were hosting Christmas, they really worked to make that happen for us.

They take the time to work with the homeowner and are pros at handling insurance companies. If you want a contractor that is actually going to work for you South Florida Water and Mold Restoration is it!

Lisa responded immediately after I messaged them and Pat came out the next day to assess the problem. Pat gave me his honest opinion on what he thought was my problem at no cost to me. Turns out I didn't have a moisture problem this time, He was also able to make recommendations for doing further testing if I thought it was necessary.

I can't say enough about this company. If I could I would give them 80,000 . They were very easy to work with, extremely accommodating and flexible and their quality of work was outstanding. I highly recommend them.

They came out as soon as the leak happened and immediately started work. I have small kids, and we were super nervous about any damage in the house. They even left fans and dryers to get the moisture out of our house. The owner came by several times to check on things and to have that added oversight. Though it was appreciated, the crew that was there was more than sufficient and professional to handle the job.

Pat came out to our house because we had mold growing on our bathroom walls and ceiling and we were told we would need to tear all the drywall down. Pat was very honest with us, explained why we had the mold and what to do to fix the problem ourselves. His honesty saved us a ton of money and we are very grateful for that. I had some water damage and the plumber recommended another mold remediation company. I felt super pressured by that company, so I called around just to get some more info. Lisa from South Florida Water & Mold Restoration is one of the calls I made, and she was so extremely helpful. After consulting with a friend who's an attorney, I decided to cancel with that other company and called Lisa back, to have them take on my case Pat came by soon thereafter and left some dryers to get the space dried out, and try to reduce any extra damage.

My insurance was notified, and then we waited. I waited MONTHS as COVID took over the world, and brought everything to a screeching halt. As soon as my insurance funded the claim, Lisa called me to schedule the work and make sure they got my home mold-free. The team that came in to do the remediation were excellent. Super professional. They set up a containment area, and had all of the walls/floors removed, cleaned and ready for testing.

I had one small piece that they missed, and they came back the day after I called, to remedy the situation. Once that last piece was out, I was all set to rebuild/remodel the space. It would take me many more months to get the right contractors to finish up my house, since I required a substantial remodel. But I'm happy that I'm finally almost back to normal! Looking back at the work that Lisa, Pat and their team did to kick start the process, I'm very glad I went with them.

Pat is trutly amazing. First, the communication is very efficient. When he came to my home he was honest and told us right away what the problem of our condo was. We did not have a mold problem, however, he was very respectful and knowledgeable, and recommended us what to do instead. All this without any fee. I would really recommend his services. This past Spring, our family had a pipe burst in my kitchen wall. After settling with the insurance company and starting demolition, mold was instantly found throughout the kitchen. That's when Pat and South Florida Water and Mold came to the rescue and did a first-class remediation job. Can't imagine anyone else that compares to the work of their professional field team. Let me tell you my horrible, experience. I turned off my tv and went into the hallway to go to, my bedroom and all I saw was water everywhere. The hall, the guest bathroom, my bathroom, and part, of, the carpeting in my bedroom.it was flooded. All I could, think Was, I need Pat. Excellent company. I WOULD GIVE THIS COMPANY 6 STARS IF POSSIBLE! They did amazing work in my whole house. Took care of all the mold. Then repaired and replaced different walls. Also found mold in my kitchen. Then they did my entire kitchen and transformed my kitchen into an amazing beautiful kitchen. All the crews were excellent and went well and Beyond, super quality work.
