This is the second time I have used AAA Lock and Key. Wonderful technician came out did what needed to be done. No up sale, just put his head down and did his job. (I'm looking at you Jonathan!) First time he came out was to rekey my locks. This time I had a deadbolt that was not receding back into the door. This man took the time to discover it was my doorknob failing as well as my lock. He took care of it all for a very good price. (Both times.) Love this company!

Jonathan and AAA Lock & Key are simply amazing. He showed up the same day even though I did not call until later in the day and returned the next day for more added on door locks AAA rekeyed 15 locks for me and cut 22 keys. WOW. These folks are great! Sherry came out to help me re-key my home locks to help me feel more secure in my home after a bad situation. She was friendly and helpful, and I would recommend her to anyone. Had a Jeep with a stuck ignition switch and was unable to go anywhere. A technician was dispatched and arrived in 10 minutes as promised. It was raining very hard, so it wasn't easy to perform the work without the technician getting drenched.

The timing was precise by the secretary but Albert was rude and unprofessional! I asked for a key to be made not my ignition being yanked on and dismantled! My truck is tricky when it comes to starting it yet he did not want any of my advice and rudely discharged me.
