Yes, I must yet again, compliment Intel for their professionalism in their approach to work. Recently, I needed another lock job done at my house. Lori and Danny responded as quickly as they could to my cry for help. (I was again, locked out.) Danny performed this particular lock job almost instantaneously, then provided me with three additional keys to this lock. Again, almost instantaneously. Danny was very efficient. They are a reliable, honest and courteous team. I was very happy with their work.

I used them a couple years ago when I got locked out of my house. Called another company first, they made me wait hours and then told me they couldn't come that night because it was too late. I called intel lock and they came immediately despite it being like 10-11pm? I just found the receipt cleaning my junk drawer and had to write the review. Glen and Intel team, I still refer you to anyone needing a locksmith! Thank you!

Guy came to my house and said my lock was too hard to pick. a general brand like kwikset and them drilled out my door key hole all for $80. I could have bought a power drill, done it myself, and kept a brand new drill. This is a "locksmith" you do not want to call. To Intel Lock. Yes, you did service my house. I have your yellow invoice right here with your exact logo right here. Are you going to suggest that everybody is out to get you?

I accidently got locked out of my house when I took out the trash, and it was after 9 at night, so my next door neighbor called Intel. They have 24 hour emergency service and the technician was there within 30 minutes. He was upbeat and friendly, and I enjoyed chatting with him while he worked. I would recommend them anytime.

Our technician, Luis was great. Friendly and professional. I lost my keys after a weekend trip and could not find the spare in our storage unit after a few hours of looking. They came within an hour (we were not locked out of the house so we’re not in a huge hurry). Luis was able to unlock my car and cut new keys within about 30 minutes. He even suggested I check with my insurance company to see if they covered the cost of lost keys. Would definitely recommend this company again!

I had lost my keys during travel for work. So I needed Intel twice. Once for my house and once for my vehicle. I had the pleased of being helped by Ricardo both times. He is knowledgeable and quick. He also has a great personality, so I was not sitting there all upset about losing my keys. I highly recommend their services.

I've used Intel Lock 4 times now. Once for my property and three times for my rental property. Intel lock has been amazing every time. All of the technicians arrive quickly (within 30 minutes). They also provide creative solutions to my renters locking themselves out. Rather than patch the issue, the Intel Lock team went above and beyond by replacing a lock as well as changing the batteries in my digital lock. Best experience I've ever had with a locksmith! I got an exact price with no hidden fees that was $50 less than other locksmiths in town, AND they came almost 40 miles out of town to make me a new key. Once here, the entire process took only 30 minutes and they even tightened the cables on my battery for me that were loose, causing my vehicle to not start. I seriously can't say enough good things about these guys! I will never use another locksmith again, these guys are absolutely amazing!

These people, especially the technician that helped me, Abel, are awesome. I was in a bad way after my keys were stolen in San Antonio during a trip. When I returned to Tucson another company missed their appointment. Intel Lock rescued me. I won’t go in the details of why my predicament was so bad, but in a case where they could have clearly sent me away and said “tough luck man”. They stepped up to the plate and took care of me. Thank you Abel and thank you Intel Lock!

Great service! I was running late for work (of course) and locked my keys in the car when I ran back in the house to grab my jacket. 20 minutes after my call, the guy was there to unlock it. He was nice, the price was great, and I feel like I was treated as a valued customer. I would definitely use these guys again!

Working with Intel Lock was a great experience. They spent time with me on the phone, discussing what my needs were, now that we were wanting to make our house more secure after a break-in. Our wood door had a lot of damage to it but I was hoping it could be salvaged. Their technician spent time going over what our options were, introducing us to products I didn't even know existed, that both repaired the door and made it much more difficult to break again. The technician was very thorough and polite and easy to work with. The doors and locks work great, really good service, fair prices. We were very pleased.
