I called Done Right and Tom (owner) came to personally look at my roof leak from the heavy rains a few weeks ago. Not only did Tom fix my leaking roof he gave me an HVAC and window cleaner contact. Both contacts, Tom personally uses. Tom and his team are great to work with, extremely knowledgeable, and they won't cut corners. They strive to fix the problem the right way! A lot of roof guys came out and said I needed a new roof for some ice damming issues I had over this harsh winter. Called Done Right by recommendation from many of my friends. He came out, on time, scaled my roof, and found my issue. Needless to say it wasn't a new roof, small repair to one of my vents. His price was fair, he was quick, and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. He had earned my business when my roof is due for replacement. Highly recommend these guys!

Dave at Done Right was very professional and knowledgeable with Roofing. He took the time to explain every aspect of the installation. Worked with the insurance to make sure I was fully reimbursed for cost of roof. Came back to the house to inspect once the job was completed to ensure that it was done correctly and to see if I had any questions or concerns.
The actual start of install was delayed due to weather but the crews stayed onsite from 7:00am to 8:00pm to ensure that it was completed on time. Would recommend for anyone needing a new roof.

I'm so glad I chose Done Right to replace my roof. They are a reputable, local business with a fantastic team. Curt worked closely with my insurance company and explained everything to me in detail. I had lots of questions during the process, because my roof wasn't built correctly from the beginning, and Curt was always there with not only an answer, but a solution.

We had extensive damage to our home from a hail storm and decided to use Done Right for all of the repairs and are glad we did. Curt Templeton was fantastic to work with and had a great deal of patience and knowledge from start to finish. From the very beginning Curt took the time to explain the process to us and answered all of our questions. Furthermore he went above and beyond working with my insurance company in the background to ensure everything would be handled appropriately. Curt and his team handled the entire process with skill and professionalism and I'm convinced it wouldn't have turned out the same had we gone with anyone else. We'll gladly turn to Done Right for any home improvements we have in the future.

Curt worked with my insurance company to get it paid for even though the roof was old and there was depreciation applied initially. Jeff was the project manager he took pictures throughout the removal to document damage. Came back once the project was completed and made sure it was done correctly. They did a wonderful job in a timely manner. I am very happy with the interactions we had and the job they did so I am going to have them replace my siding also. Thanks guys

Jared has been very professional. He worked with the insurance company directly revising the claim figures, kept in touch at all times, answered my texts/emails/phone calls immediately. He discussed options, solved problems and constantly checked contractors to be sure that work was being done timely and well.
