I was having trouble with my furnace (on the coldest weekend since forever naturally). Mike showed up in about an hour, did a thorough check of the system, set up a work around until a part was available then came back in the evening the day he got the part and installed it. The furnace is not only repaired but works better than it ever has while I've lived here. They are definitely where I'm going from now on. Thanks guys!

We had a great experience with Duffey's today. Our AC suddenly stopped working this morning and within a short time our house was getting pretty uncomfortable. I called and left a voicemail and received a call back in a short time and was able to make an appointment for the same day, within a couple of hours. The technician that showed up was very professional, was wearing a protective face respirator and kept his distance while in our home. He was able to quickly diagnose and fix our issue and the cost was reasonable. I highly recommend!

I have used Duffey's to repair our AC and furnace. I also had them replace our water heater. Shawn and his team are very friendly and prompt. Their pricing is very good and the service is top notch. Will continue to use them for all of my HVAC needs.

My ac has not worked in 8 years. I have had several repair companies out with not much luck except the option to buy a new unit. Duffey's came out early, found the problem in 5 minutes, had parts with them, and for the first time since moving into this house, was able to get the temp in my house to 74 degrees on a 100 degree day. I will be using them for any hoax need and strongly recommend them.

Really great service from Mike! He came out and inspected our AC unit, diagnosed the problem and was able to get it fixed! He provided great explanations of our problem and what he did to fix it and things we should watch for in the future.

I was very happy with Duffey's. After contacting 3 other HVAC companies about a humidifier, Shawn was the only one who took the time to walk me through several options. And, on top of that, I was hoping to get the job done super quick, because we had relatives visiting who were really sensitive to the dry air. Shawn got me in--which I really appreciated! Mike installed the humidifier and was polite and efficient. I'd definitely recommend them!

My furnace has been working fine (that I can tell) but I recently installed a Nest thermostat and it sent me a message that my furnace might not be working properly and I should have it checked. Mike came out ran a full diagnostic on my system. He clearly and thoroughly explained what was going on with my system and provided a number of recommendations on how to improve my system's performance in relation to the message I was getting.

He didn't try to sell me a new furnace and explained to me the diagnostics tests he ran and the test results. Mike is clearly very knowledgeable about my specific furnace (which is about 25 years old), furnaces in general and provided a lot of helpful information. I'd highly recommend Mike and Duffey's HVAC.

Duffey's did a wonderful job replacing my furnace. Their quote was reasonable and they were done in one day. The Douglas county inspector also said that the installation was very good.

I had received a furnace service from another company and they claimed that my CO levels were too high so I would need to buy a new furnace. I was suspicious, so I called Duffey's. They had a technician out within 3 hours and he confirmed that we didn't have a CO issue. The technician was courteous and was good at explaining all the meter readings to me. Duffey's has won my business for the future.

I decided to buy a new air conditioner but didn't want to risk installing it on my own. This is why I went searching for HVAC installation contractor. My cousin recommended your company and I decided to give your specialist a chance. He arrived at my home on time and did the installation work in less than an hour because he had all the parts and materials handy.

I had to call Duffey's after I had another company come out to service my furnace and tell me that I needed a new furnace. They were able to come out the same day and ran some diagnostics on my machine and explained everything they were checking and what they were doing on the furnace. Turns out the furnace was completely safe and they saved me from buying a furnace that I didn't need.

Our HVAC in our new house stopped working during a set of 90-degree days. Duffey's quickly scheduled a same-day appointment, and Tim came out to service the HVAC. He was polite, professional and friendly. He explained the problem, offered a simple and long-lasting solution, and fixed the unit within a few hours. Our a/c unit broke on Saturday night.we made a few phone calls Sunday and left voicemails. Duffey's called my husband first thing this morning (Monday) and had Tim out here by 11:30am. He was friendly and was quick to diagnose the problem (some sort of fuse melting if I understand correctly). He left to get a part and had our unit up and running within 2 hours from arriving. I always get nervous when something breaks that I'm not knowledgable about but I'm glad I found Duffey's on Yelp. Fast, fair-priced and trustworthy.

Tim came to my house after hours, fixed the problem with our AC and diognosed the problem immediatley! Didnt take much time at all fixing the coils and I could tell he is very experienced! He was was super knowledgable and explained the problem and how to fix it in the future, even offered to come back on a free call if there was an issue. Same day service, excellent service! By the time Shawn arrived, he turned the AC on, and it remarkably came back to life. He explained that the motor may have overheated and may need to be replaced soon, but it's working for now, so we didn't replace anything this time. He didn't charge me anything, since he didn't actually repair/replace anything which is awesome! And, he took a pic of my AC serial number so that he can easily order me a new motor when I do need one! He also spent some time educating me on how the AC works, it's limitations, and how to get the most life out of it. Great guy, great service!

My AC decided to stop working the other day when it was 95+ degrees outside. The result: my home became a sweltering hellhole within about 20 minutes. After calling around and getting told I couldn't have anyone come out until at least July 1, I called Duffey's. Shawn told me he was very busy but that he would get to my house that same day.

And even though he was delayed due to a problem with his truck, he still showed up and promptly replaced the capacitor. I felt the price was extremely fair and I really appreciate Shawn's willingness to squeeze me in on a day when many other homeowners were having AC problems. When we need any HVAC services in the future, we are calling Duffey's first!

I knew the furnace in my new (for me) house was old and in need of repair and I brought in a firm which sends out a letter with huge discounts to inspect it (It turned out that I didn't qualify for any huge discounts) and then I had one of the big box stores give me an estimate to replace it. The estimate was way more than I had expected. Finally I called Duffey's for a second estimate because of their good reviews on Yelp.

I liked Shawn right away, and asked him to prepare an estimate which he said he would send later in the day. Even before the estimate arrived I had decided to give him the business. When his estimate was about half of the big box store I was even more sure. He did a wonderful job of replacing the furnace and my hot water heater. But the best part was working with someone one I could trust. ( don't know how to explain it - but working with the owner, rather than the salesman of a larger firm, make it easier to trust) If you need HVAC work, give Shawn a call.

Came home at 4 p.m. to find the A/C not working. I assumed I would have to suffer until the next day but Duffey's was able to come the same day! Woot! So, we're off to a good start with Duffey's. Shawn was a very friendly guy, prompt - arrived at the time he said he would despite coming from another job. Within the hour he had the problem diagnosed, had parts on his truck and it was fixed.ahhh, cool house again.

Service call, parts and labor were all reasonable - didn't seem too high or too low. He also gave me some tips on things I can do to keep the A/C running better and save myself some money. I appreciate that. By all counts Duffey's was great to work with and I would recommend them to anyone!

If you need your HVAC system serviced or repaired don't look any further than Duffey's. Shawn came and tuned up our AC and it is running like a champ. Prior to Shawn's visit the unit was running a lot and not cooling the house effectively. Not only is our house cooler (the AC can actually hold the desired temperature now) but it doesn't run nearly as much.

I only wish we would have know abut Shawn earlier. He was extremely professional and courteous and answered all of our questions. He made his repairs quickly and for a very reasonable price. I can't recommend Duffey's highly enough and for any future heating or cooling needs we have we will certainly be calling him. Thanks a "ton" Shawn.
