Great company starting from the customer service they were able to send someone right away to an emergency I had and save me a couple hundred from another company that had diagnosed me for a repair that wasn't even close to what we had ended up finding. Carlos was really professional from the beginning to the end I definitely recommend him!

I used heating and cooling for a hot water issue (which turned into a whole thing) and they sent out Carlos who was on time, every time, I had to use him several time because this fix lead to this and that fix lead to that.if you use Englewood H&C I *highly* suggest not only them but to ASK for Carlos. He did a wonderful job. I know nothing about plumbing but he had to replace this pipe system (in picture) and it's so clean, so nice - I'm very impressed with his work.

He was more than happy to explain everything that he was doing and showing me all the tools and products he used, so he's very happy to inform you and definitely 100% knows what he's doing. He's very professional and friendly, i enjoyed having him! He had to saw into my wall so there was a nice mess on the floor and he cleaned and vacuumed the whole area - I didn't even need to vacuum after - which is very nice. Highly recommend!

Our heater started becoming unreliable during the single-digit temperatures. It would come on sometimes and not others, and the house would become very cold. I called, and they sent someone out right away. They were able to replace a flame sensor and had everything running again within an hour. We were so grateful to have heat, especially at night in the below zero temperatures! They provided tremendous customer service, and we highly recommend them.

The tech, Brandon, was on time and efficient with some heating maintenance and flushing the water heater. He did a nice job of explaining things and delivered polite and friendly customer service. My furnace went out during -5° temperature, I called the office, they were here early in the morning as agreed. I had the furnace, A/C, and water heater replaced. The workers were very professional, answered all my questions, and cleaned after their work was done. I had a concern about the heater and A/C pipes, Jacob came quickly and took care of the problem. Jacob was professional, helpful and friendly. I'm very pleased with the work they did and would recommend them to my friends snd family.

Brandon came out to do maintenance and found issues with my old system and needed replacing. He went through options and very helpful getting one that worked for my budget. Tristion and Craig came out and did the installation they were very nice, helpful and hard workers. They did a fantastic job. Thank you all for helping me and doing such a good job. I am a customer for life. Cannot thank them enough. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a professional, honest, and affordable plumber. My gas was shutoff on the Saturday of a holiday weekend due to a leak. My main concern was protecting the pipes from bursting, as it was 35 degrees that night and an "Arctic Blast" was in the forecast for Denver in the next few days.

After calling 16 (yes, 16 - no exaggeration) companies, having one plumber leave the property without even telling me, having paid a deposit on another plumber who never showed up, this was the first to take the situation seriously. Collin called me and explained his entire process. He also gave me very fair prices and did NOT charge an after hours fee. Carlos and Craig were on time, very professional, and highly knowledgable.

I feel like I learned a lot about the process itself. They also finished the job about two hours before the estimate. I am so grateful that none of those other companies worked out, because this company is worth it. My heat was turned back on right before the massive storm. Craig also helped level my stove, which the company who installed it didn't do correctly.

Brandon and Colin were extremely professional, kind, knowledgeable and reliable! I called at 5pm on a Saturday night for a furnace that was being pesky, Colin answered right away and Brandon was here on time at 6:30. Brandon was professional and knowledgeable, and I signed up for a servicing plan with Discount. I feel very satisfied they will make sure my furnace and AC continue running smoothly all year.

My furnace went out recently, and this company was very fast to respond and fix the issue to my satisfaction. A month later, the furnace stopped again so I was quick to call this business back. The technician showed up quickly the same day. He told me my furnace had multiple issues that needed to be fixed with a total cost of a few thousand dollars.

To be safe, I elected to call another company for a second opinion. When they arrived, they found that the previous technician from Discount Heating and Cooling had removed the fuse from my furnace which rendered it inoperable. The new company popped the fuse in, and I had heat again without the need for any new parts. I am disappointed with the unprofesionalism of this company. They were so helpful and responsive initially, but they lost my business when they attempted to fool me out of several thousand dollars.
