Required: Single family residence exterior wood work, e.g. soffit repair, 2nd story porch re-decking, chimney repair, and trim repainting. Phil and crew professional, courteous, provided quality work & were on site promptly each 730 a.m. Update: I wanted an interior lighting upgrade w cosmetic interior sheetrock-paint work. We again hired Pro-Service. Overall: Very satisfied w both efforts.

THe company and its teams have worked on some large and small repairs on our house. It is an older house, and we retain the historical structure and appearance of the house. That, we know, takes some care, ingenuity, and close attention to detail. Some of the services that Pro-Service provided required that sort of ingenuity and care on a highly visibile porch.

The work was first-rate, carefully done to mach the existing appearance (even though that required some custom cutting and shaping) and importantly was well coordinated with work by other teams on related parts of the house. The result is spectacular-- the porch looks like it was put into place 90 years ago it has the structural integrity of modern high quality work.

They have also replaced and repaired siding and matched the existing siding, repaired problems they found when inspecting the house (and which they disclosed to us before undertaking the work). All, timely, fairly-priced, attentive, and well coordinated in all respects. These folks know what they are doing.

Before having a new roof put on my house, I needed to have a sagging eave fixed and some fascia replaced. Pro-Service was highly recommended to me by J-Conn Roofing. Everyone from Phil to Shannon to the onsite work crew was responsive and professional. I could not be more pleased with the project. The workers were professional. They fixed the sag and replaced the fascia and painted it to match and cleaned up. I highly recommend them. If the need arises, I will definitely use them again. Richard Marsh

We have used Pro-Service twice and both times have been extremely satisfied. The first time was when a car drove into our living room. Pro-Service worked with our insurance company and completely fixed everything. The exterior brick was replaced and the interior walls had to be redone along with the floor. After they were finished, I could never tell that anything had ever happened.

The blending of the new brick with the old brick was seamless and the inside drywall can not be seen where the damage occurred. The floor was also replaced and the floor looks better than the original. The second time we used Pro-Service was when we had a water leak in our second floor toilet while we were away. After having a plumber come out and repair the leak (a flange needing replacing under the toilet) a hole in the ceiling in our dining room needed to be mended from the plumbing repair and damage to the ceiling due to the leak.

Again we were extremely pleased with the outcome. Again you can not tell where the repair took place. In addition, we had a number of other repairs done at the same time and all were accomplished within the time frame we were told and all exceeded our expectations. I can not recommend Pro-Service enough. They treated our house with respect (covered anywhere they worked with paper or plastic and cleaned up after words everything to the best of their ability). They will continue to have all our business when it comes to home repair.

From Start to FInish - ProService was there to make sure everything went to plan with a perfect ending. I used Pro Service Painting and Remodeling to do a variety of projects around the house including replacing an exterior French door, exterior painting, deck repair, plus a remodel of the master bath. As the project progressed, given I was so pleased with the quality of the work, I asked Phil to do more including new counters for all the bathrooms and repainting many rooms. Phil is the definition of an excellent contractor.

He is knowledgeable, prompt, fair, efficient and he communicates well before, during and after the project. The quality of work was outstanding and his crews were excellent. We hired Phil to completely renovate a 1930's bungalow in Hyde Park. He has a respectful crew and he handled everything professionally during the 3 month renovation. We are very happy with the renovation, the craftsmanship of his talented crew, and most importantly with the way Phil treated us and our concerns throughout the renovation.

I've remodeled two houses, and I can say through experience that it's very difficult to find good contractors. I'm looking for someone to come out, give you a reasonable quote, and follow through in a reasonable amount of time.

I gave Phil a list of many repairs including add recess lights in my living room and kitchen which also entailed removing pop corn ceilings and repainting. I then went on vacation in Mexico. He called to give me updates while I was gone and when I returned home the job was complete.

I used Phil and his team to expand our backyard patio. They were able to take our deck/patio from decent to exceptional. We've enjoyed many pleasant afternoons and evenings on our gorgeous patio. I'd recommend Pro-Service in a heartbeat if you need a new or remodeled outdoor structure.

Philip and his crew replaced the fascia board around our home including the chimney. They finished the job by painting. Their estimate was competitive. The home looks great. The job was done on time and there was no trace of any mess left behind.
