The plumbers they sent over were awesome. Friendly, professional, VERY competent. So it was Saturday, 4 hours before family was due for our early Christmas party, and I had a pretty serious plumbing issue. My usual plumber was out of town but his company recommended Primo, so I called, and got a quick response. The service technician (Mitchell) was professional, polite but best of all, very knowledgeable! He had the plumbing up and running and my Christmas party was only delayed for just under an hour. Big plus, the cost was reasonable. I highly recommend Primo!

Simply, the best. I am not a price shopper, I look for value over the long haul; after all these systems last 10 -15 years +. After shopping around, we stayed with Comfort-Air. Although we have been using them for years (decades?), it pays to be careful, especially with a complete system replacement. Comfort-Air did not disappoint. On time for both arrival and finish, no $urprise$ and unit is delivering what was promised and then some. What more could you ask for?

We used Comfort-Air last year when our air conditioner went out and they were able to get it back up and running without trying to sell us a new unit. We had them back out again this year for a different problem and was pleased to learn they could fix it for a reasonable price. I know that we will have to replace our main unit at some point. When we do, we will be calling Comfort-Air. They are responsive and professional with reasonable pricing.

Our AC unit broke down and we were without AC for 3 days. Comfort Air not only identified the problem in less than 5 minutes (when a previous company quoted us $500+ to fix), but they also did a fantastic job replacing our unit with a brand new one! They found several problems with the prior repairs and fixed them without being asked to do so. They did a marvelous job, I highly recommend them for anyone in need of any assistance! Kudos!

I cannot say enough good things about them. My husband and I moved into a condo this summer with an ancient heating and cooling system. Of course the AC went out and after another company said they were coming and failed to show up we got the name of comfort air from our HOA president. They were able to come with an hours, and Mas spent I don't even know how long on the roof in sweltering weather and found the problem.

He went the extra mile to go get the fan and bring it back and replace it and we were able to sleep so much better that night. Fast forward to this winter, and there was an issue with the heating system. Comfort air had it scheduled that same day, and all was well with that visit too. Both gentlemen they have sent have been impeccably professional and friendly. I am so impressed with the thoroughness of their work and their professionalism.

We'll have to wait until we have a few of our summer scorcher days to see how the additional duct improves the cooling in the room, however, I wanted to take a minute to tell you how pleased I was with everyone's help with another problem.

We are on the maintenance plan and get our units serviced twice each year. The technicians are polite and knowledgeable. We seem to get a quick response when service is needed and can't ask for more than that.
