John did a great job of removing roots from my sewer line, while advising me of cost effective ways of maintaining a clear line. After several prior estimates from other companies, I felt John and DrainMaster weren't trying to sell me on something I didn't need, but repaired what needed to be repaired and allowed me the option to take care of what I could on my own to save money. John was knowledgeable, pleasant, and transparent about the whole process.

I have used Drain Master for several jobs like unclogging mainline drains and installing water service line. Each time I call them, they're always on time and perform an excellent job. I was not always present when I call them to perform certain jobs, because I trust them to do a good job. I will recommend their services to anyone including my best friends and families.

The guy showed up looked at my toilet then went down stairs and checked the drain. Told it would cost $125. Then unclog the toilet and we talked for a bit then he left. This was the second time I used them. The first time was a clogged drain. This time was a broken water main. Both times they were prompt and reasonable. I will use them for all my plumbing needs from now on.

They came out to check out a non-functional sink disposal reported by my tenant. I had requested that they replace the disposal and I ok'd the estimate. I was happy to hear that the disposal was simply stuck and did not need replacement. They also fixed a leaky toilet the same day I called. Trust is important and DrainMaster has mine.

We are buying an older house and we asked Drainmaster to run a sewer line video. The technicians showed up ON TIME and did a thorough job. About five days later (over a weekend) we received a written report, then the video a couple days later. I highly recommend this company for this service.

The plumber only had to go through the wall to the main drain with his snake, instead of taking the main drain apart in the basement.unlike previous drain cleaners did when my disposal backed up. $145 with a discount is still a bit steep. I would think $100 would be fair for less than an hour's work.

After calling my 'go-to' companies that were unavailable for days (and long conversations about the call center representative trying to understand the problem), I called DrainMaster and was greeted with an understanding of plumbing issues by the person who picked up the phone. They were fully booked, but understood the severity of the problem and were able to adjust some schedules to get Shane to the site immediately. Shane was professional and worked with us to understand the issue (shared condo pipe, which adds difficulty) and was able to assess and call in the right people and services from his team.

The owner (Charlie) even got involved to make sure everything was going smoothly and I know that they had to change some people and their schedules around to solve our problem! (THANK YOU!) When I received the invoice, I was not shocked by any of the costs, as they were reasonable and explained to me proficiently. (The next day, I had a scheduled appointment at my house and one of the other major companies cost me the same amount for an appointment where they left without fixing anything.) I will be using DrainMaster in the future!

Charlie, went above and beyond. We spoke to the warranty company who told us we could replace the water valve for free or get a new water heater installed for $500.00. We were still in the hospital after delivering our daughter so we chose the free option because of the already astronomical cost for having a child. Charlie took the time to call us and to explain why it was a much better choice to replace the water heater for $500.00 instead.

Our current water heater was about 9 years old and had already outlived it's estimated life expectancy. If we got the valve replaced and anything else went wrong with it there would be no warranty coverage left for this calendar year to repair it. The new water heater, was a significantly better product, came with a 6 year warranty, and replacement parts are readily available. Parts for our old water heater would have taken more than a week to get.

He answered ALL of our questions and we confidently and happily chose the new water heater. Our new water heater was installed 2 days later. The technician was friendly, professional, and efficient. Drain master was fantastic, they were out here quickly. With the mess that we had, Charles took care of the problem. John came back out the following Monday with the hose with the camera to look down the sewage line, to see more in depth of the problem. He found the roots being the issue. He sawed through the roots, and resolved our issue. Now. we are on a maintenance plan to have it checked on a regular basis, so we don't have any flooding again.

They are great, respectable, and very pleasant. It was a pleasure to have them in our home. They knew exactly what to do, and took care of it quickly. Wish I would have known about them and called them sooner. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I was so appreciative of the professionalism, they couldn't help with the problem, but were still very helpful in figuring out the source. The technician went above and beyond, finding standing water in the crawl space, that was the source of the sewer-like smell. (They were there because the smell was presumed to be a sump pump/sewer line issue). I'm very thankful for the level of service and would recommend this company to anyone.

My mother has an older home that still had lead plumbing pipes and because of corrosion the pipes were leaking causing mold etc. I called her home repair warranty and they sent Drain Master.
