P. Saylor Fence

We recently moved to a new construction home and worked with P Saylor Fence to install a fence around a backyard. Any move and especially a cross country move is stressful and ours was complicated by way too many things going wrong, however, working with P Saylor fence was the best part of our move! It was a pleasure to talk to anyone in the office, they took care of each and every detail along with working with the gas pipeline company cause of the easement by us.

There were last min things that came up during installation and I didn't have to do a thing! The company managed it with the project manager, gas pipeline and called me to keep me informed. In addition to all this, they were the cheapest quote I received and were the one that would get all the material delivered the earliest. If you need a fence to be installed, these are your guys.

A recent Yelp review says it best: ". had our fence installed and it looks amazing. The process was not. The lack of communication was pitiful." Phone calls go unanswered, emails ignored, Installation dates pass without a word. 11- 23-2021, I received an email with an estimate for 54' of vinyl picket fence from a principal at PSaylor. I attempted to get information about the actual fence product and description.

I was sent a poorly scanned document from the fence manufacturers catalog. 12- 21-2021, I finally got a representative to come to my home, measure, and write up a contract. It was over 40% more than I was originally quoted by a principal of the company! In hindsight, I should have backed out then. I agreed to an adjusted amount, even though 15% over the original quote.

Then I waited. And waited. The contract installation date of 2-10-2022 came and went without a call. Phone calls and email I sent received no response. 4-6-2022, I got a call, but only after I repeatedly called them. My fence was finally installed 4-11-2022, 5 months after the original quote. But wait. The installers didn't have post caps and installed the wrong picket tops.

I was told they would return the next day to correct this. They did not. For 8 days. BBB A+ is on the side of the truck. I question how they got it. Save yourself the headache. Find another vendor.

The fence they put in is great but the mess they left behind was terrible. They left huge chunks of concrete in my yard and my neighbors, ripped out my landscape lighting and wires and left my landscaped rock beds piled with mud. I tried to reach out to them so they could fix the issues they created but was never contacted. Disappointed for sure in their customer service.

We recently had our new fence installed and it looks amazing. The process was not. The lack of communication was pitiful. We were told initially that it would be a one day job, which was perfect as we and our neighbors have multiple dogs. We were contacted on the 17th of December and told they would be out on the 20th to install. We got up early and got the dogs out, so did the neighbors.

We never heard from them until I called and asked where they were, this was 10 am. Well the the truck wasn't working and they wouldn't be out. So they said the next day. Nothing. We finally called and they said Wednesday, but it would be a 2 day job. Finally they came out, there were several post caps missing, about 5. They said they would return with them.

Never got a phone call saying they were coming, they walked into our yard with no notice, and left the the gate open! One of our dogs got out! Luckily our neighbor saw him and brought him home. Just very disappointed. So many different scenarios with our dog could have happened

I absolutely enjoyed working with this company. Especially Steven and Chris. I don't usually leave reviews because a lot service companies are lacking in integrity these days. It has been a complete joy to see that there are still great companies out there that do what they have agreed to do with a warm attitude and the most professional work ethic.

From the office to the installers (Steven and Chris), I am a most satisfied customer. I recommend this company to everyone that values great customer service and professional installation at a fair price and with a smile!

I had them come install a black aluminum fence today for me. It is a large lot. It literally only took them 2 and a half hours. I couldnt believe it. They did exactly what I asked for and looks great. Our 2 dogs absolutely love it. I highly recommend these guys if you need a fence put in. Service:Aluminum fence

This was the easiest contracted job I have ever had done. Priced within my budget, professional suggestions from salesman, came when they said, demolished old fence (21 year old split rail), and had new one up in one day. They cleaned up nicely behind themselves and left my yard at least as nice if not better than when they started. I am over the moon happy with the process of getting my new fence. Neighbors are a bit envious! But it is so nice who can blame them? Thank YOU all your professionalism!

Saylor did not win bid for our $15,000 fence/gate installation. Response from P. Saylor Fence when notified that they did not win our business was unprofessional.

I just had my fence installed by P. Saylor Fence and I must say it was an amazing experience! Tim came out to the house and I worked with Heather and Stacy in the office. They were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, responsive, and understanding of my situation. My wife and I moved cross country and have been incurring new expenses left and right with our new house but the folks at P. Saylor were able to come up with a solution for me that fit my budget perfectly.

I highly recommend this company and while I don't know when the next time I will need a fence will be, I will DEFINITELY reach out to them when I do! Thanks, Tim, Stacy, and Heather!

It's been over a week (closer to two weeks) since my initial request. I hate leaving completely negative reviews, but if you're going to have an online form for estimates, you might want to actually answer the requests. Any company unresponsive for estimates is not a company I would ever use.

Installed a 480' split rail fence with vinyl coated mesh in my new home's backyard. What a great experience this was. I got three estimates for my new fence and although P Saylor was not the lowest, it was very competitive.

Paul responded quickly to my request for an estimate and gave a thorough run-through. The estimate arrived via email in 48 hours and Risa communicated well through the entire process including a follow-up call after installation. The price was fair and actually the lowest of 4 providers contacted.

Designed a ranch rail fence with welded wire to encompass my entire back yard with 3 gates ranging in size from 4' to 10'. Paul and Risa were very professional and provided a comparable (though not lowest) quote as well as excellent materials. He provided a very accurate of the time it would take for the completion of the fence encompassing my back yard.

New fence installation - 430 feet of beautiful 5' tall black aluminum fence between installed columns (already installed by another vendor) and 340 feet of 4' tall black vinyl-coated chain-link fence in wooded area. The entire experience from the estimate to the final touches was excellent. Paul accurately scoped the job and performed the work along with a couple of other coworkers.

We had PSaylor install a custom fence. It looks fantastic and functions well. I'm often surprised by how many comments we get on how good it looks. We had some challenges shortly after installation.
