Carlos arrived at the flat within 20 minutes and did a fantastic job. Our lock was a very old model and challenging to open but he explained everything clearly and was very professional throughout. If you looking for quick they are great. I was told 35$ start rate and depending on tume to open the car price can change. Well it cost me 100$ for 5 minutes.the math says its 10$ a minute.ooch If you can use someone else do it. They are fast tho. Service: Car lockouts

I've used him twice and each time he's been amazing and very skilled. In both cases I needed to replace and install new locks on doors and he was quick and very professional. And during these times very safe as well. I couldn't have asked for anyone better.

I moved into an apartment with auto-lock doors and went to take out the garbage, remembering to grab a copy of the key I had made at a hardware store earlier in the week, but the key didn't work and I was locked out after 10pm on a Sunday, with my purse, wallet and car keys inside the apartment! Fortunately I had my cell phone in my pocket and was able to call 786 Locksmith.

They arrived in less than 20 minutes, were professional and most importantly they were able to open my door! They also let me know they are able to make a good quality copy of my keys at their shop during the week so that this doesn't happen again.

I felt listened and understood since the beggining: without having to give too many details about ehat happened to me or to repeat any information. They found me/my location very quickly, dealing with my ignorance. The technician was not only professional and patient but also very charismatic. He made me feel save, protected and transmitted to me a lot of calm. Actually he made me laugh during a very stressful moment. Strongly recommended.

I locked my remote key in my car today and I googled this locksmith company and saw they had good reviews. I called and gave them my location and tried to get a quote prior but the woman said the person that comes out will give me the price depending on my car. I don't have a fancy car at all. The locksmith called me I gave my location again, he came within 20 minutes, it took him maybe 5 minutes to open my car door and charged me $140.

I appreciate the service but the price for that is outrageous. I realize I had no other choice but to call a locksmith but that price is insane. That's highway robbery. I've never been charged that much to have car door opened. I was expecting maybe $40 no more than $50. I forget this is Miami and not Texas. I've learned a very hard and valuable lesson. Do not lock your keys in your car.

I called 786 Locksmith today in preparation for Hurricane Irma (hopefully it doesn't hit). I just bought a house and it didn't come with keys for the accordion shutters. They quoted me $150 for each window to replace all of the lock cylinders. This is unbelievable price gouging in the face of a terrible storm. I don't recommend doing business with people who don't respect the community they serve.

Exceptional service by the company owner and locksmith. My husband was searching (by phone and physical inquiry) for a number of key making/locksmith locations for a local facility that could provide us with a copy of a "specialty" key. The locksmith had not seen a key like the one my husband needed a copy of. To fulfill our need, the locksmith provided my husband with two separate key copies (each one started with a unique base or key template).

Even though the locksmith/owner was not sure if either would work, he still made an exceptional effort by providing my husband with two keys that had potential. He was successful in doing so, one of the two keys worked. My husband is very pleased, as he no longer needs to spend additional hours searching for a locksmith that can help him/us. Also, my husband expected to pay for two keys, he was so glad when he was told he didn't have to do so. It's not that keys are expensive; usually key copies only cost a few dollars, at most. It was the convenience of being provided two keys and the locksmith's integrity that makes him standout. Give this company a try!
