TERRIBLE value, SERIOUSLY consider taking your money elsewhere. I texted my "locksmith" a photo of the lock (after he requested it) and he told me it's $95-120 to pick the lock and $120-$150 to replace it. Pricey, but I needed to get into my garage so fine, I was willing to eat the cost of picking the lock. The guy shows up and barely even tries to pick the lock, and then tells me that he needs to drill through it because it's not pickable because of the type of lock it is.

Not sure why he even asked for a photo if it didn't matter in the end. I didn't believe him and kept asking for him to pick it (and also made it clear that I didn't want it replaced, even over text, and he agreed). He said there was no other way, so I reluctantly agreed since he was already there. THEN we get to the payment -- he charges me $350 for the entire service, for a total of 5-10 minutes of work.

He simply drilled through the lock, took it out, installed a new one. I didn't even want him to drill through the existing lock, and the final price was 3 TIMES over the quoted price. If you choose this company, they will guaranteed price gouge you. PLEASE avoid this company at all costs and do not trust their 5 star reviews. David showed up promptly, patiently explained the various options for replacing my lock and, when he was done, cleaned up his work area and made sure everything was okay. He was very professional and a pleasure to do business with, I wouldn't hesitate using them again.

David was very fast and professional. I needed to change my lock urgently, he showed up in 30 minutes and was done after 10 minutes. He was also able to explain differences between different types of locks to make sure that I was fully aware of my options.

This guys are great. I manage about 20 vacation apartments Every time i need to change the locks or help a guest that got locked out I call My Locksmith right away not matter what is the time they come right away to save us. it's not easy to find service providers in Miami that actually show up on time and do a good job. I had called My Locksmith Miami at 10PM about an hour ago, I have been meaning to change the locks on my front door for a while now. Plus I wanted to get a spare key made for my car actually, which is actually just parked outside in the street. Anyways. The customer service lady was very helpful and told me they could be there in about 30 minutes, which was very convenient for me because I didn't want to leave my car parked on the street for a long time.

They arrived in about 15 minutes and got right to work after accepting payment. Pretty straightforward process overall, though I would have expected that from a locksmith. The main reason why I am writing this review is because the technician was very polite and knowledgeable. Great service, 5 stars for sure!

Just had my building locks changed by My Locksmith Miami and I'm a very happy customer. Alberto arrived promptly, was friendly and professional. He took the time to answer all of my questions and provide helpful advice in regards to security forever after (he could tell it's been a while since we've locked our doors).

After hours of being locked out, I got on Google to search for a locksmith to come over and save me. No one respond until I called My Locksmith. David answered immediately! I had a key that broke off in a Medco lock on the weekend. My Locksmith responded quickly to my request to replace the Medco lock with an August lock. The estimate was very reasonable but it was the flexibility and customer service they provided that led to this five star review. They worked with me to schedule a time that was flexible with my work schedule. Matan showed up right on time.

He explained what he was going to do and how long it would take. I was in the middle of some virtual meetings and he worked around this keeping to the schedule and being respectful of the space and silence I needed. He was very efficient and showed me how to operate the august lock. Very friendly, polite and efficient. Would recommend them for any condo locksmith needs. very impressed with the service

The absolute worst service I've ever received. The work was awful, and my lock continuously breaks every day since they initially "fixed" it. I've been locked out my apartment every day for the past week, and they hardly answer the phone and they expect me to pay for them to fix the door that they broke. Biggest waste of money and time

I was locked outside my house and I was told it would be max one hour. I called multiple times the original person told me it was because of traffic. After 1 hour and 20 minutes they finally called back and told me another 25 minutes because they have a lot of jobs. I'm writing this with the last of my battery waiting for the next locksmith to come. Terrible service. Would not recommend especially in an urgent situation.

Thank you My Locksmith! I got locked out with one of those locks not realizing it will lock right behind me. What a disaster. They came promptly got us in only waited a short amount of time and it was popped open within 5 min. They also accept credit cards. Which was great.

Disappointing to say the least. Good response time. Experienced rep (or owner maybe) showed up to help us with a rekey, add a new keyed entry, and other lock issues. Very informative and did his best to sell me on very expensive locks which I declined. Regardless appreciated the info. Quoted me on the repairs and the rekeys but said he would have to go to the store quickly to try to find the right color of lock and doorknob to match what we have.

Never returned, and never responded again. Trie to call and text. Nothing. Ghosted. Called My Locksmith back and they sent another guy. He was especially helpful and professional, but he had absolutely no idea what we needed and the other guy told him nothing. We started over completely. Rather terrible experience and I had to replace the lock and doorknob myself because the new guy would have had to find the right color of lock and doorknob to match what we have.

My Locksmith has saved me twice now! They always respond within minutes and have been able to fix my problem in record time. The first time, I got locked into my apartment on a Friday night, and they came to my apartment late and fixed it within 20 minutes. The second time, I lost my keys and they came within minutes early in the morning and fixed my problem instantly. I can't recommend them enough, especially if you live in Brickell!

After spending my ENTIRE DAY trying to find a single shop and/or locksmith in Brickell that could make a copy of a simple office key (and being turned away 3 separate times by people who told me it was impossible) - I found My Locksmith. Aleksandra with My Locksmith was the ONLY one that was able to help me. She took one look at the key, explained why the design might confuse someone that didn't know what they were doing, quickly whipped up a copy, tested it, and sent me on my way. Not only did the key work - it was affordable on top of that. Aleksandra saved the day.

Speedy service and great customer care. These guys actually arrive on time and don't try to upsale you. Had a faulty fence deadbolt and they actually fixed it instead of just popping in a new deadbolt. The problem was I'm the catch mechanism of the latch. They fixed it and made a key on the spot. Speedy payment too, they used Square! These guys are great, you cant beat a 5 star rating! I'd give them a 10 out of 5!

Without a doubt the best experience I've had with a locksmith. The technician was on time, responsive and went above and beyond what he had to do. Normally, I hate having to call locksmiths as they take forever to get to your location and they take a while to get back into your car or home, and they're super expensive. I can tell you with certainty though, that My Locksmith is not your typically locksmith! My friend who lives in Miami locked herself out of her apartment, so we had to call a locksmith, and seeing the great reviews of My Locksmith, we went with them.

Best thing we ever did. The locksmith's name was Eli, and we told him the address and he knew the building, showed up in 3 minutes.seriously! I timed him. Not joking. Came to the apartment with his tools and got into the apartment in less than 2 minutes. He charged $75, which isn't bad, and took credit cards, and then he was gone. The whole process from phone call to getting into the apartment was less than 10 minutes!
