These guys were hired to clean the Hazel Dell location at PF and all I'm gonna say is, go ahead and hire a different company to do your janitorial work. These guys have been caught hanging around on camera, not doing work, and not completed their VERY simple cleaning list. They are getting paid $2,085 to come in 8 times a month and do nothing.

And just because I am not listed as your client (Octavio is) doesn't mean this review isn't true. I don't even know how we still have you as our cleaning crew, but I hope to god we hire a new one.

Don't do it. Don't make a mistake I made getting into janpro, this franchise will take your money and will make you work for pennies. I lost my money investing into janpro then I got injured working in one of the offices that they sold to me. When I asked for help to cover my absence janpro told me they can not help me so I went to work even when I was not physically ok to do it, janpro took their monthly percentage but they don't deserve it.

We manage commercial real estate. One property is a midtown Sacramento office building. Our long time 8 year tenant came to the end of their lease. Unlike a lot of tenants they decided to hire a professional cleaning company for their move out. They informed us Jan Pro would do the work. We were on site and observed the cleaning. Jan Pro sent two professional and experienced women who did remarkable work in a full day. They were also very pleasant and cooperative. The attention to cleaning detail was far above the janitorial norm. Highly recommend.

Our offices are always well tended to and it is obvious our cleaning staff take great pride in what they do. Hardly anyone passed germs this cold and flu season and there were a bunch who got sick. The fact that our whole office was not wiped out every time someone came down with something is a true testimony to the great job Jan Pro products and services do to disinfect the workplace.
