I was really excited to have the carpet cleaned on my home I just brought. The customer service was Amazing! The gentleman who cleaned the carpet Amazing! Positive attitude goes a long way. I gave a three for those reasons only. The carpet just isn't giving me the satisfaction that I was truly looking for. Just was expecting more after spending 215. Carpet was cleaned on 4/11/2022 photos as of today 4/12/2022

This was my first time using Universal Carpet. But it definitely will not be my last. I reached out in order to get the carpets cleaned on a property that I was listing. I knew nothing of this business until I just picked them from a Google listing. My initial call was pleasant and it was late Saturday afternoon and they were still eagerly to help me. For me that was awesome and it was pleasure hearing the excited voice on the other line willing to help me. When the team came out they were very helpful, pleasant, and thorough.

On time and very polite. However did not vacuum. Pretreat was nothing more than a spray down with some substance. Used cold water to clean. I had someone demonstrate a rainbow vacuum 2 days later and was mortified at the outcome.
