It took a while to schedule my cleaning since a friend paid for the cleaning as a bday gift. Three months later...I have nothing but rave reviews for Paulina, the woman who did an impeccable job cleaning our house! She spent 4 hours working hard on our 2000 square foot townhouse. I have never seen our faucets sparkle like they do now. I don't know how she scrubbed away the grime on our gas stove top that has been there since we moved in 2 years ago...it never looked this good on my previous failed attempts.
Every corner I check has been meticulously cleaned. Now I understand why people use professional home cleaners on a regular basis. It is addicting! Now I have to figure out how to add the $70-ish (my friend only gave me a rough estimate so I could tip) charge to our monthly budget. I certainly recommend them...although I've only used them once!

A friend referred me to City's Best Cleaning a year or two ago and I have been using them every few weeks when my place needs a good scrubbing. The woman who handles the scheduling always answers the phone and it's very easy to schedule even just a day or two in advance. Their pricing is reasonable. They send different people each time, but I am sure I could request someone specific if I saw the need. Sometimes there is a bit of a language barrier with who they send, but I have never had much trouble with it. Overall, I'm a happy customer.

My original cleaning service was not performing the job i required so i chose Citys Best Cleaning. I have found their detail oriented cleaning is such a relieve for me. I trust them with my key, and while im at work they come clean my home every Tuesday. I come home to a very clean home and it feels great. Thank you Citys Best Cleaning for doing such a great job!

I relocated to IL in March 2007 and tried one other company before finding City's Best. I live in Willow Springs by Trinity School and am delighted with their service. They focus on task, do a good job, and get an amazing amount done while the two women are on site. In instances where I have forgotten jewelry out, or dropped cash or forgotten it in the laundry, it is placed where I can't miss it. I recommend them highly- Nan on Crescent Court
