Ordered turf over phone. Staff friendly, helpful and efficient. Arrived on back of a Ute. Old guy on his own told me I have to help him unpack turf. After questioning this he told me this is the way they've done it for 30 years and he could do it on his own but would have to drop the turf from the Ute which he rightly stated wouldn't do it much good.
When I said staff should inform customers that they have to help in a paid delivery he said I should have asked. Shame it happened that way, because everything else was fine.

Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff over the phone, in person and also the delivery driver! I ordered the wrong grass and it was no problem! The driver came out the back and identified the right grass and called the office to put some aside for me! Such a a great bloke! I picked it up and laid it that day! And the quality of products is outstanding as I also bought top soil and organic soil for my garden beds. Thankyou for your service

Staff onsite are very helpful and friendly but the service went downhill from there, paid over $400 for a load of wood which I was told would be 'free delivery'. They rang back later to say it was a mistake and I had to pay to be delivered. Wood then arrived soaking wet and muddy. Won't be buying from them again.
