Audette's replaced my garage door and opener. New door, tracks, spring, opener, mounting and saftey hardware etc. The quality of the door and installation is great. Easiest home repair we have done. Bryan takes care of everything from hauling away your old door system to showing you how everything works on the new system. Great communication, professional, and quality products/instal. We would 100% use this company again.

Recently got our garage doors replaced. Ordered a few months ago but with all the craziness(COVID delays) it took a bit for the supplier to ship the doors. Through all of it Brian and Marie kept me informed and made sure I knew they hadn't forgotten and that they were regularly checking on the status of our doors. Brian installed in one day, was prompt and professional and I am very happy with the final product!

Brian Audette/ Audette’s Garage Doors was used to fix my garage. He spent 10 minutes fixing it, was paid, then 4 days later it stopped working. We called him again and at that point he stated it needed a new motor. We questioned why we were not told this the previous week and why his “invoice” a generic receipt did not state so and stayed garage fixed.

He proceeded to yell and hang up the phone. Do Not use this individual, he lacks professionalism, cannot cohesively explain anything and appears to not know how to even fix garage doors. We used Precision Garage Door and what a difference. They informed us, Brian Audette did not do any type of maintenance to our door. They installed a new motor, we paid for a warranty and they guarantee their work.

Audette's was great. Quick response and provided us a lot of great information to get the best bang for our buck. Installation was less then one hour and occurred within a day of initial contact. Would recommend and would use for any future garage door needs. Dont hesitate to contact them.

Woke up to a broken spring and a non-functioning garage door. Brian responded to our voicemail within minutes and had us up and running within a few hours. Extremely professional and personable and now the door barely makes a sound. Completely satisfied!

Professional and knowledgeable. I had an emergency due to my door being wedged, bent and about to fall. Truck was stuck inside. He worked me in and not only came earlier than he planned, he did a fantastic job quickly. He also adjusted my door and it has never worked and sealed so good......on top of the amazing job, he was considerably less than any other company I called!

I had Brian install a carriage garage door. The door is beautiful. All my neighbors ended up getting theirs replaced. He removed the old one and all the tracks and old hardware and hauled it all away.

Brian came by the house to look at my current garage door opener as one of the springs had busted and I wasn't sure if I should replace just the spring or the whole system. Brian made some helpful suggestions and ultimately I took his advice and changed out the 18 year old system. He came to the house two days later and completed the work while I was at work which was very helpful.

Brian is extremely professional and very proficient. I ordered the door on the 2nd of July and it was installed on July 6th. He had an emergency call on his way to our house and he called us to let us know and that he would be about an hour late.
