I would not recommend this company to anyone, may 7th They were scheduled to come to fix my garage door, A no show no call, The following Monday I called back and scheduled again for the 14th, Again a no show

In this day and age it is shocking when a service actually repairs something, as opposed to replacing it at a higher price. If they said I needed to replace my non-functioning garage door opener I would not of blinked an eye. That would have cost me $500. Instead, they repaired the motor for $200.

Hobbs Door Service was recommended on Nextdoor after I posted a listing that my rental property's garage door had come off the track. I am so glad that they were available to help. Janice was so friendly, accommodating, and very communicative. Kurt came out to do the repair and thoroughly explained the job during the process. Their customer service was top notch and I wouldn't hesitate to call on them or refer their company.

I was referred by a friend when I asked him if there was someone that would work on my door without brow beating me to buy stuff I don't need. I can't express how happy I was with my service. My garage door works as well, or better, than it did new. Clayton, did what I asked, fixed a couple of things he found without charging and helped set up the keypad I had never used before. Fantastic customer service, expert workmanship at a very reasonable price.

Hobbs did an awesome job.they didn't have opener in stock they quoted, so they gave me a hundred dollars upgrade at no additional charge.chris installed opener, hid wires so well, I thought opener was completely wireless.the opener also has a light sensor that comes on when I come in garage from inside house, I really like that feature.i got the belt drive model and it is so quiet, it is hard to believe.i left payment at house, I never met Chris, when I got home everything was perfect.thanks Hobbs.jeff K

Great service and great value. Recommended by friends. The contact person was friendly and courteous. Got an appointment right away. Our technician, Clayton, showed up in the appointed time frame and went right to work on our 50+ year old double garage doors. Installed new springs and cables and a door opener we had had sitting in the box for 15 years. We were 100% happy. Great company.

Hobb garage door has serviced my home twice. Each time Hobbs has come out, they have been on time and extremely reasonable. This past weekend, I accidentally locked my garage door and Janice was able to help me over the phone unlock a garage door they installed over a year ago. From the office to the field, you will receive excellent customer service with this company. I highly recommend Hobbs for anyone needing their garage serviced.

Hobb's just replaced the broken spring on my garage door today. Excellent service over the phone by Janice, who gave me a straight up quote and was clear about their availability. The repair itself went very smoothly. The tech showed up as scheduled and the final price was aligned with the original quote. It is also consistent with the cost range of garage door spring replacement I found online. I am very pleased with their service and I would strongly recommend this company to everyone.

We did a lot of research and acquired a few quotes to replace our garage door. Hobbs Door Service was by far, hands down the best option I encountered. From speaking with Janice on the phone to set up our estimate to our actual estimate appointment and then our install; we couldn't have asked for any better care and service! Amazing customer care, quality product, great pricing, and exceptional workmanship.

They worked so well and prompt when scheduling our quote and actual job. It took less than a few hours for the door to be done and the product was beautiful! We now have a beautiful high quality door that closes and opens with ease and is sealed letting in no light or any other intrusions. I definitely giving my recommendation to Hobbs Door Service. I reached out to them through email and got a quick reply from Janice. She was very prompt with her email replies. She was even able to fit me into the schedule the following day. Clayton called to let me know that he was on his way. As soon as he got here he was able to look at the issue and with some prior information about the issue that was given to Janice was able to give me a quote for the fix!

Hands down the best! We have been repairing/improving our home for the last 6 months, and we have experienced the gamut in home repair companies in the area. From the moment I called Hobbs Door Service too the final billing for the repair of my garage door the experience was flawless. Truly a fantastic family owned business!

My garage door broke a spring. I called Hobbs Door Service for a quote. I received excellent service. The final price was right on the quote. The technician, (I believe was Chris) was on time and provided an excellent repair to my door.

My garage door jammed in the open position, which took me an hour to close it at 10 p.m. I left a message at the Hobbs website to contact me. Early the next day I received a call at my office from a lady at Hobbs named "Janice." After asking her several questions it was clear that she knew more about garage door principles and physics than any two handymen I know. (I learned later that her last name is "Hobbs.") She gave me a cost estimate for the visit and sent a service rep named "Clay" that afternoon at an appointed time. Clay efficiently not only repaired the door but checked out everything associated with the door, making an additional 6-8 repairs, including two that I suggested.

Total cost was less than half what I expected, I learned a lot about garage doors, and had an enjoyable conversation with a very knowledgeable, personable, and well-educated young man whose last name also happens to be "Hobbs." The professionalism, courtesy, reliability, and fairness of the Hobbs' family members and business would be hard to beat. They are my choice for garage door service from now on.

Hobbs fit my garage door repair in on the day that I called, which was a surprise to me. On top of that, they did a great job on fixing some problems and squeaks that I had going on. Now when I open my garage door it doesn't scare people that are walking by.
