They recently purchased my old Pest control company and thus far the only change is that it's easier to pay the bill.

These guys are fantastic! I had them come out to our business location for our quarterly treatments for insects and other standard pests, and they always do a great job at helping us stay insect-free. Their prices are the best I could find too, unbeatable. We recently had to tent the office building for termites and Courtland was fantastic to work with.

He really went above and beyond for us, despite several set backs along the way. He was always very responsive when we had questions and gave clear instructions, guidelines, and expectations throughout the process. Courtland was very responsive when I needed a WDO inspection for my buyers on a home we had under contract. He was on time, very efficient and quick to get the report back to us which is super great, especially in this crazy market. I've used Hughes Exterminators a couple times and each time it has been a great experience. I would recommend using them as I will continue to use them in the future.

Watch these people! They are sneaky. We received a $200 bill for services five months after we had moved into our new home. We called to tell them that we had never signed any contract for their services and they said it was for services that were provided when the foundation was poured. And, the bill was marked "past due". We called our builder to ask about this and he said, "no way. Throw it away." Highly questionable business tactic! Bob

I've been using Hughes in my homes since 2007 and absolutely love my service. Roger, our current pest control guy is amazing and very professional but friendly as well. We love having him and I recommend Hughes Exterminators 110%

We use Hughes Exterminators for WDO Inspections. We truly love working with them and they are always great! Booking with the office staff is always seemless and a wonderful experience. Denise and Tiffany are absolutely AMAZING! So thankful to have them helping me schedule.

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with the group. Upon scheduling, I was told another company bought them out (Hughes?) Once the agent arrived at my home, they tried to coerce me into signing a long term contract which I never agreed to. I just moved to this town, I don't know anyone, I don't want to get stuck in some contract. I explained my hesitation since this was a new company that I had no experience with I would prefer to wait until the next visit.

They refused, raised the price over $50. At this point, I realized I was unable to work with this company and I found another service, $30 cheaper and they did not use intimidating business practices.

We have been using them for about three years. Absolutely no complaints. If I call him out he comes out the same day. Easy. They always work around us if we need anything. Sometimes I have to call billing about invoices because there are a lot of different owners here and the billing is complicated.

I'm in the process of refinancing my house and a pest inspection was required. I called the first company that popped up being nearby and had decent reviews (Bingham). They came out, spent over an hour poking around and $115 later, I had a report stating I needed treatment. I appreciate how thorough they are but the price $2,700 was outrageous and I am absolutely NOT "tenting" with chemicals used to kill everything in the Vietnam war.

If you have pets, kids or just value your own health, please look into eco-friendly alternatives. Thankfully, Advantage is an alternative. And they were more than $1,000 cheaper. Being under a time crunch trying to get this refi done, they came out the next day to do an inspection and three days later, came out to do the job. No fumes (me and my pets all got to stay put) and the product is just as if not more effective and long-lasting as the chemical crap other companies tent with. Plus, the technician Chris was awesome, very informative, friendly and professional.

We had some rodents up in the attic, and Advantage Pest Control removed them. They screened off the perimeter of where they made the entering. It was fast and no big deal, they'd seen it before. They came in and out, and when there was a little minor thing again, they came out fixed it with no issues. They were respectful of the property, and gave a quick response at a fair price!

Great service! Very informative about the process and products. When I called they got us booked right away. What else can you say about pest control?!! They killed it!

I can't tell you how great the people are at Advantage Pest. I hired them for rodent control and they worked diligently week in week out for the past couple of MONTHS to help me get rid of the problem. They are incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to rodents from setting up traps in the correct places, doing the exclusion work, using fluorescent bait to track the animals down, and for working tirelessly until I was 100% satisfied that the problem is resolved.

Other companies over charged for the same work. These guys are the real deal. Honest, kind, hardworking people. Special thanks to David C. who has become a friend to me over these past few months. Once my terminix contract is completed I will be sure to switch over to APC for my pest control as well!

Once good communication is established between customer, dispatch, and technician everything is great. I don't appreciate dispatch sending a tech to my location without notification, then telling me they notified me via voicemail in advance when I had no voicemail of that kind in my message box after re-reviewing my messages.

Advantage is a very good company to work with. I have a few homes and they service Two of them and do a wonderful job. Always on time, very friendly and professional. I would recommend this company for your pest control needs.

We did not know what company to call for pest control. We searched on the internet and found Advantage Pest Control. Indeed, all other 57 reviewers are definitively correct. Michael, the owner came to our property and inspected the attic, outside of house. He was super nice, honest and quote decent prices.

I only used used Advantage Pest Control one time but I would definitely use them again, as the job they did was fantastic. The initial communication between me and the office, prior to setting up an inspection, was amazing. They really broke down everything for me that I would need to do in order to get rid of the pest problem.
