1 time rodent treatment- There is no guarantee with a one time rodent service. In this treatment your technician will place bait, snap traps, and/or glue boards. Rodent exclusion-This service comes with a one year guarantee. At the end of the year, you can renew this service for half the price you paid for the first treatment.

Roaches

German roaches-This treatment requires 3 services in 3 months. In this treatment your technician will: Bait the kitchen and bathroom cabinetry with a roach gel bait. Dust your plumbing and appliances with an odorless, non allergenic product. Spray the baseboards.

Bought an item off craigslist, 3 days later turns out the item had German roaches it in! I called 1st Florida Termite & Pest Control at 1:15 A.M., Mr. Salem the owner answered, reassured me, and his son Brendan (my hero) showed up at 10:30 A.M. the next day--on a Saturday-- to save our lives! Terminex (who we use to use) wanted us to wait weeks and says German Roaches are really hard for them to kill. (I don't do weeks with roaches.) It wasn't a hard problem for 1st Florida Termite & Pest Control to solve. Thank you so so much. We will be switching to this pest control company for routine service, I highly recommend them!
