I met with two other companies and Regal was the strongest with both knowledge and value. They installed within the timeframe and the end result was perfect.

Regal Home Improvements replaced windows, siding, gutters/downspouts and wrapped existing wooden trim with aluminum sheet metal on our '50's rancher. Their team efficiently performed high quality work. There was a delay in receiving the materials (windows & siding), but they stayed in communication with us so we know where we stood. The staff was very knowledgeable on the products and the construction process.

I contracted with Regal for several projects: 1) to change my siding, 2) to change my windows, and 3) to install new gutters with leaf guard. I'm very satisfied with their work. They were quick and very professional and did a very good job in the three projects. I would recommend them and I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Great craftsmanship, we built a raised screened in patio with fireplace from the ground up. Quality work, good oversight, and great people all around. The crews were nice to the kids, timely and paid attention to detail. I would definitely recommend/use again.

We had a major overhaul on our house, over $70,000, performed Regal Home improvements Co. (Our contact was under Lee Builders Supply Corp. T/A Regal Home Improvement Co.)

Once the job was completed, we noticed after a rain the gutters were leaking against the back soffit and getting in behind the new siding. We contacted Regal's Project Manager who via phone message and a letter advised they would repair the work. Unfortunately, after many phone message to the Project Manager, this was not the case, we had to hire another company to come out and fix the issues. (See photo's).

We did take this to the next step to try and recoup what we had to repay to get the gutters corrected, we went to small claim court. We did receive a judgment against the corporation, to no avail. (A lot of legalize email's between both lawyers advising of name changes and other stuff). In closing, BUYER BEWARE as they will do the work, take your money, but if there is an issue, you may not get the work corrected or reimbursed!

Regal Home Improvement has shown me absolute disrespect. I called to get an estimate done at my home where I had multiple bathrooms, a den, and kitchen that needed repair and remodeling resulting from leaking pipes upstairs. The Regal Home Representative, Dave Ekkerd or something like that, came to my home and pretended to be interested in accepting the job.

He took measurements, smiled, and touted the company's reputation and skills. He then promised he would give me a quote no less than a week. A week went by, I called the main number at Regal and spoke with a lady who seemed to be surprised when i told her Dave had not gotten back in touch with me regarding the quote. She took my phone number and said she would contact Dave and have him call me.

Two day went by, and I havent heard anything. I called her back and she, again was surprised he had not reached out to me. She even asked if I saw a 410 area code phone number in my call log, to which I replied I did not. She again told me that she would attempt to have Dave call me. Another whole day went by and still nothing. At this point, I concluded that Dave was uninterested in giving me a quote.

That's all he had to tell me, but he didnt. Because of Dave's lack of candor and professionalism regarding the estimate, and potentially accepting the work, I concluded he was disrespectful, unprofessional, and ignorant. Ignorant because I am a black man with dred locks, with a physical appearance of someone who is of low economical status. I feel he poorly misjudged and stereotyped me based on my race and physical appearance.

If Dave would have took the time to treat me fairly and professionally, he would have learned that I am a wealthy young professional who have more than enough resources to pay for the work and more SMH. Since then I had another company come out and do an estimate. The total cost of completing the work, including some upgrades is nearly $20,000. Regal Home does not deserve my business, and I will make sure I spread the word to everyone I know to avoid doing business with this company. The take away from this is NEVER JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER!

Needed to get our metal roof cleaned off for the winter. they were able to squeeze me in before the end of season within a week. They do deck washing and painting too so we are getting a quote for that as well.

We are thoroughly pleased with our home's new look. Not only that, but meeting and interacting with your crew was more pleasant than any other such experience in memory. It was clear they know what they were doing, enjoyed the work, cared what we thought, and were real people who cared about others.

I cannot express how pleased I am with the work that Regal did for me. The attention to detail and overall job commitment was exceptional. Everyone worked so hard and they were so pleasant. I hope I'll be able to repay them with future ventures and lots of referrals!

Mitch was very attentive to what I wanted. After building our deck my husband wanted a gate added, which Mitch added without a problem. The deck looks great and I will enjoy spending a lot of time on it. I will be using Mitch's company for more projects.

The crew went above and beyond meeting my expectations and explaining the processes to me. The house looks great; thanks for a job well done! Several neighbors have commented on how good it looks.

I have used Regal in two different homes for replacement windows. They are the BEST! High-quality materials, great customer service and they left it spotlessly clean. I have recommended them to several friends who were all very happy with them.

From start to finish this has to be one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. From the estimate, John came out and was honest and willing to work with us and not just sell, sell, sell. To the product, the windows really does keep the cool/hot air and sound out.

High quality materials and workmanship. Personnel were professional and efficient. They came on time each day. As the work progressed, they readily answered all my questions. Any problem, big or small, was addressed and resolved to my complete satisfaction promptly.

Regal did an excellent job with repairs, siding and windows. The crew was professional, courteous, prompt, and thorough. At the end of each day, they would literally crawl around picking up scraps of debris.

Mitch put in attic ladder/entry where none existed. He did a great job and was in constant contact with me throughout the process.

Mitch was great! Punctual, professional, and consistently worried about saving me money on my projects. I have worked with Mitch off and on over several years on many projects. He is knowledgable and detail-oriented in his work. It is refreshing to find someone who is truly invested with the quality in his work, and who is willing to stand behind it to make sure the customer is fully satisfied.
